What is the effect of force to the movement of an object?


Force can change the speed and direction of an object. The force
applied on an objects affects the object’s movement . The stronger
the pushing force applied on an object , the farther the distance or
faster the object moves. The lesser/ weaker the force applied , the
closer the distance / slower the object moves.

ELABORATE Let the pupils analyses the situation and illicit answers from them.
Allysa and her mother went to the grocery store to buy the things
they need for her birthday party. Mother get a grocery cart and Alyssa
helped her pushed the cart. Mother wanted to move to the meat section
faster so they can go home early. How much force should Allysa apply
on the cart to the make it move faster.
