so we’re letting you know that you must read your terms and conditions to make sure you totally understand your

We have some good news for you… We want to help you make your money go further and ensure you have the cover

We’re looking out for you and your people during the twists and turns of life as times are unpredictable. We’ve
partnered with 1Life to bring you this awesome benefit! In the event of a disability or death, we’re giving you 2 months
of cover at no extra cost, from the start date of your Budget policy. Yes, that’s right, as long as you pay your premiums,
you’re covered for either a funeral benefit of R25 000 or an Accidental Disability benefit of R15 000, whichever happens

CASH BACK PLUS BONUS
We also get excited at the sound of a Bonus. This offering is your choice – you decide if you want it or not. How it works
– you get a bonus pay out on your premiums paid over a period. But in order to qualify for this, you must have non-stop
cover (this means that you can’t skip a payment on any given month) and no claims in that period.

What will you get?


· 15% of all your premiums paid over the first two years of claims-free, non-stop cover
· 10% of all your premiums paid if you remain claims free for a further two years
· 10% of all your premiums paid for every claims-free year thereafter

SUPER IMPORTANT: YOUR ASSIST BENEFITS


We’re all about giving you more and at Budget, we’re giving you more than just insurance. Depending on the cover
you’ve chosen, you have access to a number of Assist benefits. From Accident Assist, which gets emergency help to
you if you’re in an accident, to Legal Assist, which gives access to legal advice from qualified attorneys – we’ve thought
of it all. You also have the option to add Breakdown Assist to your policy at an additional premium or remove it to
reduce your premium – the choice is yours. Remember to save the Towline number on your cell phone so that you’re
always prepared when you need a tow. The number is 0860 104 211.

Your Tow Assist and Towline discs have been included in this document.

If you’d like to put the Assist and Towline disc on your car, in order to have the towline number handy in case of an
emergency, remember to:
· Print the page with the Towline discs on as a single page and in colour.
· Cut out the discs.
· Place one of these discs on the windscreen of your car.
· Make sure that the print on the face of the disc can be seen on the outside of your car.

You can use any licence disc holder to display your Assist and Towline disc.

· Trauma Assist – You have access to a large network of trauma and counselling services.

· If your premium is not received on your preferred deduction date, an attempt may be made to collect your
premium on a more suitable date in an effort to keep you covered. If payment is not received for three
consecutive months, the policy will be cancelled immediately.
· Your first premium of R 651.32 will be deducted on 1 March 2023.
· Subsequent deductions of R 651.32 will be made on the 25th of every month.
· The payment will be collected by Budget Insurance Company Ltd on the agreed deduction date. The payment
reference will reflect as BUDGET INS on your bank statement. If your deduction date falls on a Sunday or public
holiday, your debit order may be lodged for an earlier date.

· The South African Special Risk Insurance Association (SASRIA) protects you against riots, strikes,
terrorism, civil commotion and public disorder.
· SASRIA commission does not exceed 14% of the non-motor SASRIA premium and 12% of the car SASRIA
premium.

Cash Back Plus Bonus

If you have not chosen our great Budget Cash Back Bonus benefit yet, you can still do so. Simply add the
Cash Back Bonus to your Budget Insurance policy, 'cos you can't afford not to! It could give you money back

You could qualify to get money back after 2 years of uninterrupted, claims-free cover.

You could receive:

car will be towed to the closest repairer after a mechanical or electrical breakdown, and so much more.

· The regular driver is the person who drives the insured car most often and more frequently than any

· Cover is valid only for social, domestic or recreational purposes and for trips between your residential

Step 1: Contact Complaints Resolution

Step 2: Contact Compliance Department


Should you believe that the insurer has contravened any regulatory or statutory requirement, in that, the financial service was not rendered honestly, fairly, with due skill,
care and diligence, and in the interests of you the client, please contact the Compliance Department. The Compliance Department handles all legislation related
complaints.

Step 3: Contact the Short-term Ombudsman or the FAIS Ombudsman (where applicable)
Should your complaint not be resolved to your satisfaction or if we failed to timeously respond to your complaint, then you may submit your complaint to the FAIS
Ombudsman, or the Ombudsman for Short-term Insurance, whichever is applicable.

The Ombudsman for Short-term Insurance provides consumers with a free dispute resolution mechanism. It mediates between subscribing members such as the insurer
