COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Basic Planning Course (BPC) is a 17-day or
equivalent (136 training hours) competency course for
newly assigned Police Non-Commissioned Officers
(PNCOs) and Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) of the
Directorate for Plans (DPL) as well as Planning Staff or its
equivalent from among the members of the D-Staff, NSUs,
and PROs with the rank of PSSg to PEMS for PNCOs and
NUP with SG-14 and below (Non-Supervisory Level).

A policy review is a procedure evaluating
the effectiveness of a specific policy. When
a policy is not working well, it is reviewed and
managed to improve its effectiveness.
