    • Totally enclosed, weatherproof housing in fabricated carbon steel for maximum strength
    complete with:
    ∗ Fabricated scotch yoke mechanism
    ∗ Guide bar to support transversal forces of the scotch yoke mechanism and ensure proper
    alignment of the piston rod
    ∗ Bronze yoke bushings and sliding blocks provided high efficiency and extended service life
    ∗ Hard chromium plated and polished guide bar for corrosion resistance and minimal friction
    Guide block bushing and piston rod bushings, of sintered bronze charged with Teflon, to
    provide minimal friction and extended service life

    • Pneumatic cylinder, tie rod type, carbon steel barrel, internally electroless nickel plated and
    polished for corrosion resistance and minimal friction, complete with:
    ∗ Piston rod, alloy steel, hard chromium plated for corrosion resistance and minimal friction.
    ∗ Piston rod bushing, of sintered bronze charged with Teflon, to provide minimal friction and
    extended service life
    ∗ Floating type piston rod and piston seals for low hysteresis and high sensitivity, preventing
    sticking problems
    ∗ External travel stop for precise angular stroke adjustment
    • Fully welded, carbon steel, safe execution spring cartridge module (CL = SPRING TO
    CLOSE / OP = SPRING TO OPEN) with alloy steel guide rod and container rod, hard

    The spring thrust flange design minimizes the spring transverse thrust, thus providing high

    assembled directly on actuator cylinder

    FAIL SAFE TANK


    • 1 off, air storage tank, free standing, carbon steel, sized for 6 off actuators strokes in case of
    air supply failure.( 3 by air and 3 by spring)
    The tank volume has been sized from an initial charge pressure of 80 PSIG
    .
