    •Step 1 : Tamu ke order taker

    OT: Good afternoon order taker (...) Speaking how may i assist you?

    G : Good afternoon, i have dirty clothes i want to laundry them

    OT: May i have your name and your room number?

    G : My name is Smith, my room number 201

    OT : When we should take your laundry?

    G : Right now please..

    OT : Alright sir, our valet Will take your dirty clothes right now. Thankyou Good Afternoon

    V : (Ketuk pintu 3 kali) Valet laundry, Good Afternoon!

    G : (Membuka Pintu)

    V : Good Afternoon, Sir. I am (...) from laundry department.

    G : Please come in.

    V : Thank you very much. Do you have any laundry this afternoon, sir?

    G : Yes, I have. Here you are.

    V : Allow me to check your laundry items, sir

    G : Sure.

    V : Well Sir, you have one T-shirt, one shirt, and one handkerchief. The total is three items. Is that
    correct?

    G : Yes.

    V : All right. Do you have any special instruction on your cloths, sir?

    V : Certainly, sir. What kind of service would you like for your laundry? We have regular service and
    express service.

    G : What are differences between the two?

    V : If you use regular service, your clothes will be picked up at nine in the morning and will be returned
    at six in the evening on the same day. This service costs a normal price.

    G : Okay.

    V : For the express service, your laundry will finish in two hours only. You must pay 100% extra charge if
    you’d like to use this service.

    G : I’d like regular service then since I won’t be leaving until next week.

    V : Very well, sir. May I repeat your request?

    G : Yes, please.

    V : Okay, so you have one T-shirt, one shirts, and one handkerchief. You’d like your laundry to be
    washed by machine, and you pick the regular service. Is that correct?

    G : Yes.

    V : All right, sir. Thank you very much for using our laundry service. I’ll see you again at 6 pm to return
    your clothes. Have a good day, sir

    G : Yes, Alright. How much for the total price?

    V : Would you like to pay by cash or enter to room bill?
