MEMORANDUM

Attention : All DELL Support Staff and Agent Personnel

From : Leo Seneca, Operations Director
Subject : Addendum on Training Update Roll out Compliance

Team,

As we are all aware of, the DELL Training Team rolls out training updates, training materials and activities to
effectively cascade important information and critical developments concerning the products we support
whenever the need is identified or is mandated by the client.

To ensure that all DELL personnel (agents and non-agents) are strictly compliant in accessing these training
updates and new product information modules (NPIs), the following compliance clauses will be implemented
effective FEBRUARY 2022:

 Failure to take and stamp two training update documents in a month (training updates include
regular and critical training updates, NPIs, Assessments, CFU, CUP, and Job Aids) without a valid
reason or failure to take these within the allotted timeline (7 days from date of release), as validated
through the tracking mechanism set in place, will merit a corrective action that is progressive in nature
and will follow the specified fall off period- three (3) months for Verbal, six (6) months for Written and one
(1) year for FINAL Warning.

 Failure of a Trainer, RS or TM to roll out a training update to the employees they are responsible for will
merit a corrective action that is progressive in nature and will follow the specified fall off period- three (3)
months for Verbal, six (6) months for Written and one (1) year for FINAL Warning.

 It is each employee’s responsibility to conduct their daily business with honesty and integrity. The
deliberate and intentional passing on of information pertinent to the summative assessments to other
support personnel not yet done with the tests for the purpose of personal advancement is a direct
challenge to one of the company’s core values.

 Any of the above violations maybe deemed a violation of the following policies as per Alorica Company
Handbook- Business Conduct and Work Rules, and will be grounds for progressive disciplinary action up
to and including termination of employment after observing due process:

3. Engaging in any form of fraud or dishonesty toward the Company.

25. Any intentional act of wrongdoing of an unprofessional nature that relates to work.
33. Poor attitude that is reflected in performance or disrupts the work of others.
37. Engaging in any form of dishonesty toward Alorica.
46. Failure to comply with Company procedures, new policies, memos and/or instruction.

Please do not hesitate to approach your Operations Manager for any questions and relevant feedback about this
matter.
