Description Chinese Cabbage shall be clean, firm, compact. It shall be tightly packed with leaves
with distinct veins, which is very broad at the base. It shall be free from any cuts/cracks,
dirty outer leaves, wilty leaves and stem damages. It shall be free from any foreign odor
and taste.

Color Light green leaves with white veins and bright white central rib.
Storage 3-7°C

Food safety Produce is grown under GLOBAL GAP and packed under a BRC based food safety
requirement system.
Grading:
There shall be three grades for Chinese cabbage like Grade-A, Grade-B and Rejection.
