Competence in Projects
Level A: Certified Projects Director able to manage complex projects, portfolios and programmes.
Level B: Certified Senior Project Manager able to manage complex projects. Minimum eight years of PM experience.
Level C: Certified Project Manager able to manage projects with limited complexity. Minimum five years of PM experience.
Level D: Certified Project Management Associate able to apply project management knowledge when working in a project.

Program Structure
IPMA Certification Program: The Certification Assessment/ Examination (3 days) will be administered by an Independent Certification Body i.e. PMA
Cert, Certification Body (CB) of PMA India as per announced exam schedule and venue. The Assessment will be by two independent Assessors and
consist of Two Written exams, Workshop (Group Task), review of application documents, CDP and Project Report etc. followed by face to face Interview
of 45 minutes duration, with each candidate.
