    DATA PRIVACY DECLARATION - INDIA

    To BNP Paribas Group

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hereby authorize BNP Paribas Group to collect, use and store any information including any personal information or data as
    defined under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder (“Personal Information”). I have
    provided and may provide in the course of my employment with BNP Paribas Group, information or Personal Information as
    may be required to carry out its activities including but not limited to personnel administration, shared services, control,
    monitoring, supervision, complying with legal and regulatory obligations and other general business management.

    I understand that my Aadhaar information including my Aadhaar Number, demographic information, identity information,
    may be collected by BNP Paribas and shared with third party service providers and statutory & regulatory bodies for the
    purposes of opening and maintaining provident fund account(s) in connection with my employment with BNP Paribas.
    I hereby state that I have no objection to such statutory & regulatory bodies using my Aadhaar Number, demographic
    information, identity information for Aadhaar based authentication for the purposes of opening and maintaining provident
    fund account(s) in connection with my employment with BNP Paribas.

    I acknowledge that the information or Personal Information would also include any information that BNP Paribas Group may
    have legally received, collected, recorded or intercepted during the course of my employment in BNP Paribas Group by virtue
    of my usage of (a) any IT resources and communication systems (and related hardware and software) (“Systems”) or (b) any
    electronic media or systems, voice or video communications using any BNP Paribas Group device (“Communications”); or
    pursuant to monitoring of access to BNP Paribas Group office premises, Systems and Communications through monitoring
    devices including but not limited to, access cards, CCTV, regardless of whether such Systems or, Communications are used
    for business or private purposes.

    I hereby provide my consent, authorizing BNP Paribas Group to disclose such information including Personal Information,
    relating to me or my employment, to:
     Any authority including any supranational, governmental, quasi-governmental, regulatory, law enforcement or
    supervisory body, entity, department, office, institution or Court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, stock
    exchange, clearing house, depository or trade repository, or any other authority, body, entity, department, office or
    institution; or
     Any person in accordance with any Court order or proceedings or by/under any law including treaties, acts,
    ordinances, regulations, bye laws, orders, awards, proclamations and directions (whether civil, criminal or
    administrative) and the rules framed thereunder, of any country, state, territory or authority concerning any matters;
     Any BNP Paribas Group entity/ affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees; and
     Any Third Party Service Providers, advisors, auditors as may be required.

    I acknowledge and accept that as a consequence of the above disclosures my information including Personal Information may
    be stored on third party computer servers, the location of which may be outside India and I consent to the same.
