    FEES STRUCTURE:

     However, for the close relative(s) extra amount of Rs. 1,500/- per person shall be charged along with convocation
    degree fee.
     Whereas, an amount of Rs. 2,000/- only shall be paid by the Graduates, who have already received their degrees “In
    Absentia”. Such graduates may also apply on the prescribed form.
     The late fee of Rs. 1,000/- in addition to above fees will be charged from those applicants, who submit their
    Application Forms after 20th February, 2020 but not later than 25th February, 2020.

    NOTE:
    The recipients must wear the academic robes prescribed by the University. Those who fail to comply shall not be
    admitted to the Convocation. The academic robes, i.e. gowns and caps, can be had from M/s. Rizvi Tailors, from
    their Camp Office at QUEST, Nawabshah on the day of Rehearsal and on the day of Convocation as well, on
    Payment of Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. 2,000/- are refundable on safe return of Gown and cap on the day of Convocation at
    Camp office, QUEST, Nawabshah).

    Other Instructions: (Please read the following instructions carefully for strict compliance):
    1. The application form duly filled-in in all respects, must reach in the office of the Controller of Examinations, QUEST,
    Nawabshah on or before 20th February, 2020. After which the application forms will only be entertained with late fee
    as mentioned above.
    2. Please affix one Photograph on the Application form.
    3. Please enclose Original Bank Challan/ Demand Draft/ Pay Order along with Application form.
    4. Please attach attested photocopies of the following documents with the Application Form.
     CNIC of the applicant and his close relative(s) (if any).
     Pass Certificate issued by the QUEST, Nawabshah.
     Enrolment Card
    5. Those recipients, who have already received their degrees “In absentia” are required to attach attested Photostat
    copies of the same. However, they shall only be given a degree folder by the Chancellor along with Medal / Certificate
    (if any).
    6. Please bring your and your close relative(s) original C.N.I.C cards along with Convocation Pass.
    The Convocation Pass shall be issued on the day of Rehearsal and Convocation day at the Entrance Gate.
