In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the

Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS)
Act, 2014 (Act No.3 of 2014), Government have issued Telangana State Industrial
Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS) Rules,2015 vide G.O.3rd
read above for implementation of the provisions of the said Act.

2. In order to facilitate the investors by providing investor friendly environment,

mandate time-bound delivery of all services, Government vide G.O.s 4 to 13 read
above, issued certain amendments to Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and
Self Certification System (TS-iPASS) Rules, 2015 issued in G.O. 3rd read above and
brought certain services pertaining to establishment and operation of the Industries
under TS-iPASS Rules.

3. In the G.O. 14th read above, Government issued a revised Annexure-VI

consolidating all the services included in 4th to 12th read above.

4. In the reference 15 th read above, the Department for Promotion of Industry and
Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India
communicated Business Reform Action Plan for the year 2022 with 352 reforms
pertaining to 14 Secretariat departments and 28 HoDs. The action plan is further
divided into Action Plan A with 261 Business services and Action Plan B with 91 Citizen
Services, out of which 21 services are newly included under EoDB-2022 which shall be
delivered within timelines mandated by Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act.

5. Accordingly, the following amendments are issued to the TS-iPASS

Rules(am_ended from time to time) to authorize the Government for making any
changes m the Common Application Form(CAF), for mandating ONLINE application, for

modification of the penalty amount and for including additional services in the
Annexure VI of TS-iPASS Rules
