    To join a Zoom meeting via browser, click the link sent by the administrator and select "Join from Your Browser". To join using the Zoom application, download and install the Zoom application, open it, select "Join Meeting", enter the Meeting ID and password provided, and choose your audio and video preferences. To join on a mobile phone, install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app, open it, enter the Meeting ID and password, grant camera access, and select your video preference to join the meeting.

    How to Attend Class using Zoom Tool?


    We can Join Meeting by Two ways,
    1) Using URL Link via Browser
    2) Using Zoom Application

    Step 1: To join meeting using Browser, Click the link which sent to you by administrator.

    Step 2: Click Launch Meeting on screen,


    Then you will get “Join from Your browser” option, Click that.

    Now you are joining meeting,


    Now you in joined in meeting

    USING ZOOM APPLICATION


    Step 1: Click the link which sent to you by administrator.
    Step 2: Click Download Now option on screen.

    Step 2: Install the Downloaded Zoominstaller.exe file.


    Step 3: Automatically I will join you on meeting. If not, Open Installed “Zoom” Tool and
    enter login credentials.

    Step 4: Select “Join Meeting” Option.


    Step 4: Enter “Meeting ID” which you received from your Instructor and click “Join”

    Step 5: Enter “Password” which you got from your Instructor


    Step 6: Select anyone option “With Video or Without Video” based on your Instructor’s
    Suggestion.

    Step 7: Select “Join with Computer Audio” Option. Now you are joined in meeting.
    Now you are joined in meeting.

    Step 8: If Zoom app already Installed in your computer then, Click the link which sent to you
    by Administrator.
    Step 9: Click “Open Zoom” Option.

    Now you are in meeting.


    How to Join Zoom Class using Mobile Phone?
    Zoom Supports both Android and IOS.
    Step 1: Install “Zoom Cloud Meeting” App form Google Play store or Apple Store.

    Step 2: Open Installed Zoom App and Select Join Meeting.

    Step 3: Enter Meeting ID which you received from your Instructor.


    Step 4: Enter Password Which Received along with Meeting ID.
    Step 5: Give camera access to zoom App.
    Step 6: Select anyone option “Join with video or Without Video” as per your instructor’s
    suggestion.

    Step 7: Now you are in Meeting.
