RE: LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
We are pleased to appoint you in the post of BACKHOE DRIVER with the first of work
to commence from 6th October 2021.
Your appointment is unless otherwise conveyed in writing, to start off from the date
above or under 03 months probationary contract with the terms and conditions as
follows:

1. COMMENCEMENT SALARY
Your basic salary will be RM2600 per month.

2. WORKING HOURS
Your normal working hours shall be determined by your immediate superior.
Generally, you are required to work 6 days a week and 1 full rest day. However,
notwithstanding the above, you may from time to time be required to work
beyond the normal working hours if the company request so.

3. ANNUAL LEAVE
a) Twelve (12) working days for every twelve (12) moths of continuous
employment and to be prorated to the nearest months of employment for
service below 3 years.
b) Fifteen (15) working days for every twelve (12) months of continuous
employment and to be prorated to the nearest months of employment for
service more than 5 years.
c) Twenty One (21) working days for every twelve (12) months of continuous
employment and to be prorated to the nearest months of employment for
service more than 10 years.
4. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
You are entitled to National Public Holiday in Malaysia and Penang state Public
Holidays.

5. MEDICAL BENEFITS
Medical benefits are in accordance with established Company policy e.g. Panel
Doctor.

6. EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND (E.P.F/KWSP)


The company shall contribute to the above in accordance with the current
legislation and subsequent amendments thereof. The company will make
deduction in respect of your own contributions from your monthly salary.

7. SOCSO (PERKESO)
The company shall contribute to SOCSO and make deductions from your pay for
same purpose, where SOCSO payment is applicable.

8. EMPLOYEE CONVENANTS
You shall. In respects, carry out and use your best endeavors in contributing to
the objectives of the company, and in so doing, diligently and faithfully serve the
company, protecting its interest in all things to the best of your ability and
judgement.

You shall at all times refrain from divulging any confidential and market-sensitive
facts or strategies , financial information company matters, which may prejudice
the company or its performance.

You shall not, at anytime, be guilty of any act or misconduct which may cause or
calculate to cause damage to the company, its property, reputation, or general
interest, and in all respects and at all times, conduct yourself with propriety and
decorum.

While employed by the company, you shall devote your whole time and attention
to service of the company and shall not be engaged in any business or
occupation or be in way connected with any other business, company or concern
without the prior written consent of the company.
9. NOTICE OF TERMINATION
During the contract period, the contract can be determined by:
a) Either party giving one (1) week’s written notice during probation to that
effect, or either party paying to the other a sum equal to one (1) week’s
salary without having to assign any reason whatsoever, or
b) Either party giving to the other one (1) month’s written notice after
confirmation of service to the effect, or either party paying to the sum equal to
one (1) month’s salary without having to assign any reason whatsoever, or
c) If the Employee Covenants above are breached, the company shall have the
right to terminate your employment immediately without the requirement
mentioned in (a) & (b) above.
d) Upon termination of this Contract. The company is not liable to pay any
termination benefits whatsoever.
e) Employee will need to pay off all company debts within 1 week of termination
or the company has the right to take legal action against the employee.

10. ALETRATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT


The company reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions of employment
at its sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
