was incorporated in 2021 as an association
consist of (Prosignal Engineering Sdn Bhd, Raid Synergy Sdn Bhd
and Numapro Sdn Bhd).
We provide specialty in Surveying, Energy Management and Engineering Solution
Services.

We are dedicated to offer the right innovative technology and equipment to be

integrated and synergized with client business.

PROSIGNAL CONSORTIUM is experienced in Land & Hydrographic Surveying, Construction

in Civil & M&E Energy Management, Project Management, Oil & Gas Services and
Product Supply.

DATO’ MOHD EDZREEN MOHD DIN

Aged 41, is the company’s Executive Advisor
based in HQ office, Kuala Lumpur. With the 21
years of experience in variety of sector in
business. He formerly served as Technical Advisor
for Coal Division in Oil & Gas Company based in
HQ office, Petaling Jaya for (3) years. At the same
time, he is the Executive Director for BOD
Department of the company.

He has Diploma in Eletrical Engineering from Kolej

Negeri Sembilan.
He excelled in the first (4) years (1999 – 2003) in
Government Sector-Prime Minister Department
with main duties to serve as a Personal Assistant
in managerial work for the minister. 4 years later,
Dato’ Mohd Edzreen joined MAKRO Malaysia as a
Business Store Development Manager for (4)
years. He enhances his leadership and
communication skills, which led him to hold that
position.

In 2009, he rejoined the Government Sector and

expanded his career in serving Department of
National Heritage for (5) years as a Consultant for
excavation and exploration for land and under
water. He has been involved in major projects in
the maintenance of caves and national heritage
sites throughout Malaysia. At the same time, he is
a certified diver who conducts underwater
heritage study activities.

Later he served Private Sector in variety field in

2017 as an Executive Director and he also directly
involved in digital platform with ‘Alibaba Cloud
Innovation Center’.

Recently, he is still developing his excellence in

various public and private corporate sector.

Azrul Fauzi is an engineering graduate from
the Mara University of Technology, Malaysia.
He began his career in engineering at a
subsidiary of one of the larger constructions &
infrastructure companies listed on Kuala
Lumpur Stock Exchange. He later moved into
the industry as the Head of Operation in a
leading electrical company.

With 20 years of experience, he then took the

plunge to start his own
company Prosignal Engineering Sdn Bhd
which is now one of the leading companies EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / CEO
for trafic light systems in Malaysia. Azrul Fauzi M. AZRUL FAUZI BAHARON
is very much involved in the day-to-day
overseeing of the business to ensure that the
company stand by its commitment to always
offer excellence to its clients.

Sr. MOHD NORMAN MD ZAITON

An experienced and technical thinking person in vast of engineering practices.

He graduated in Bachelor of Engineering (Geomatics) from University
Technology Malaysia. He started as a Research with Tenaga National Berhad
(TNB) and involved many challenging engineering project. On this outstanding
achievements, TNB has awarded Service Excellence Award in 1999-2000 to him.

He has vast experience in Business Development, Land Surveying and

Engineering Services include Consultancy Services.
On Global front, his journey with the greater challenges start when he
orchestrates a cross border engineering works and services at former war
country, Iraq. Think outside the box, he aspires to expand his achievements in
the development of the latest technology and engineering services through
refined art of engineering

MOHD HAIRI BIN TUKIRAN
Mohd Hairi is graduated in Bachelor in Civil Engineering from University of
Technology Malaysia and has acquired more than 15 years working
experience in several company. He has a wide spectrum of experience in
various types of projects including civil, building and interior design work, as
well as manning numbers of government and private sector. Experience in
Business Development, Land Surveying and Engineering Services include
Consultancy Services, he then took the plunge to start his own company
Numapro Construction Sdn. Bhd. which is now one of local dominant player
in the construction and structural steel industry engineering in Malaysia.

Akmarrizal brings to the company an

abundance of experience. Previously
attached to Turbine Technique Sdn Bhd, a
leading electrical company, he is a visionary
and consistently looks for opportunities in
which the company can further grow and
work with clients.

A graduate in Engineering field, Akmarrizal is

well-versed and experienced in Technical
and System Development. He is always in
touch with clients to ensure that he is kept
abreast with their requirements and uses his

 His stint in Marketing begins in 2002 when
he started his career Citibank Berhad as
Marketing Executive in Credit Cards
Department. Later he was promoted and
transfer to KL to lead the marketing team for
credit card division as Senior Marketing
Executive.

His career in advertising expanded in 2005

when he was pitched by UPD Sdn. Bhd. with
the task to serve Advertising Agencies and
to penetrate Government Sector. As his
reputation grew within the advertising
industry, then he was offered by another
aspiring outdoor company.

DR. SITI NORATIQAH MOHAMAD DEROS (PhD.)
Siti Noratiqah Binti Mohamad Deros is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in
Institute of Energy Infrastructure (IEI), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). She is
the Ph.D. holder in Doctor of Phylosophy in Science program from Universiti
Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. She is also the member of Malaysian Board of
Technologies (MBOT).

Her forte is in Environment & Atmospheric Modelling using Satellite Remote

Sensing & Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. The knowledge and
expertise had been applied in land and ocean environment, natural disaster
modelling especially flood and landslide, oceanography parameter extraction
and natural resources discovery. Currently working on object automated
detection from satellite image processing using Artificial Intelligence (AI). She
has published several articles in respective field on prestigious journals.

She has involved in numerous impactful projects include currently active projects
awarded by government and goverment-linked companies. The subject involved
Flood & Impact-based Forecasting Model, Landslide Monitoring and
Management, Dam Break Study and Transmission Tower Monitoring from
Vegetation & Encroachment. 8

Raid Synergy Sdn. Bhd. has since the become one of

the top Land and Hydro Graphic Surveying and
Construction company involved in various oil and gas,
private and goverment sector. Incorporated in 2014
registed with CIDB GRED G5.

Prosignal Engineering Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2009

started as specialist company in Traffic Light and Security
System. Prosignal Engineering currently registered with CIDB
GRED G7 and becoming one of the leading player in Energy
Management Specialist in Solar System, Telecomunication
and Electrical Engineering Field.

Numapro Sdn. Bhd. is the domestic player in construction and

structural steel industry. It was established in 2020 to facilitate
Prosignal Consortium Group as part of strategic management
planning.

PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) pipelines are stretch from north to

south, east to west.
WE responsible to execute a survey works to produce a Final
Drawing and Mapping of Pipeline Route and Profile at existing
PGB right-of-way (ROW).

The works involved obtaining an updated and accurate PGB

ROW boundary, general land survey, pipeline and utilities detec-
tion, pipeline excavation for verification and drawing production.
Its cover more than 580km of pipeline from Kuala Perlis to
Segamat, Johor.

The slope protection using mattress
