Currently, environmental sustainability is a topical issue that receives plenty of attention from the
media and from different governmental departments. And sustainability is simply everything that we
need for our survival and well-being, either directly or indirectly from our environment. Sustainability
creates and maintains the conditions under which humans and nature can exist in productive
harmony, that permit fulfilling the social, economic and other requirements of present and future
generations.
B .Out of Seven (7) Environmental Principles, choose only 3 to discuss and explain its relevance in
your everyday life. (30 points)
Everything changes.
It is said that the only permanent thing is change. our world is constantly changing and nothing is
permanent anymore. Even each day humans try to change their living to fit in to the world.
C. (20 Points)
For your Independent Learning or Home Study, make an analysis in line of the following statement:
“As a youth of 21st century, how could you show your care and love to the environment?”
Environmentalists are trying to reduce aspects of our lifestyle that are destroying the planet and that,
of course, is a good thing. However, modern society is built upon layers of environmentally
destructive materials: plastic, fossil fuels, red meat, etc. The problem won’t be fixed unless
everybody is part of the solution. People from every corner of the world will need to band together to
pull us out of the giant dumpster-fire we have made for ourselves. If you scare away anyone who
dares to gradually adapt their lives towards environmentalism, then the movement will never grow.I
started with simply paying more attention to the amount of plastic I used in a day. Then I made an
effort to use as little plastic as possible. Change is constant and will starts within ourself.
