    portions of my / our retention area of not more than five (5) hectares.
    That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR ADMIN. Order 1 series of 1998,
    as well as to show that my total aggregate landholdings inclusive of the land subject of the
    above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares.
