MOSTAR FAIR 2022

General information
Mostar fair is the largest and most important economic event in BiH, which creates a pleasant
business environment, enables business networking of exhibitors and visitors, and organizes
various events.

This is a general trade fair to which company from all industries can apply.

The last time this fair was organized was in 2019, in which over 350 exhibitors participated
(from the metal and construction industries, telecommunications and information technology,
agrifood and service industries, banking to tourism).

The fair will take place in open and closed space. The closed space consists of two pavilions,
one of which is for food and the other for all other business activities.

Registration
When registering for the fair, it is necessary to fill in the application form (B) on which the
following are entered:
B1: Basic information about the participation (company name, VAT number, bank
account number, address, contact, description of activities).
B2: Rental of exhibition space without a stand, which is charged according to the type
of exhibition space (in a row - one side open, corner - two sides open, front - three sides open,
island - four sides open) and according to the square footage of the rented space.
B3: Order for construction and equipping of the stand according to the standard project
of equipping (prices are different if the basic arrangement is chosen or if the standard
arrangement is chosen).
B4: If the company wants personal arrangement of the stand according to its project, the
Mostar Fair will design the stand according to the project specification and the prices will be
defined later.
B5: If the exhibitor performs his stand independently, it is necessary to fill in the
application form G.
B6: If there are additional orders, there are forms D, E and F.

Construction and equipping of the stand by the Mostar Fair
The exhibition project commissioned according to the project will be designed in cooperation
with the exhibitor and the contractor from the fair. The price depends on the project
specification.
Independent construction and equipping of the stand
All exhibitors who want to arrange their stand independently, are obliged to submit the project
to the Project Bureau of the fair no later than two days before the start of the fair.

The cost of stand verification is 2,5 EUR / m2.
