    A RESOLUTION ON THE USE OF APPROVED ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION


    PLATFORM/S OF AN-ANAAO INTEGRATED SCHOOL
    FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

    WHEREAS, on October 2, 2021, the School Governing Council and the School Planning Team
    conducted consultative meeting with the various stakeholders regarding the programs, policies and
    interventions to be conducted and implemented the delivery of basic education in the new normal;

    WHEREAS, An- anaao Integrated School, through its various programs, projects, activities and
    interventions in the new normal education, is commited in the delivery of quality, accessible, liberating
    basic education to every AIS learner;

    WHEREAS, in order for the school to implement the use of approved alternative communication
    platforms;

    WHEREAS, the organized School Governing Council needs to establish alternative communication
    platforms where information regarding SGC announcement and activities can be acccess from;

    NOW THEREFORE, with the concurrence of all the members of the School Governing Council and
    all stakeholders present, be it;

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the body came up with a resolution to prepare list of SGC
    voting members;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following is the list of SGC voting members:

    Secretary: Maribel V. Teneza
    Treasurer: Ruby Mae C. Tuanquin
