    FACULTY CLUB ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

    I. Introduction

    We, the officers are privileged to serve as one body being elected to represent
    the faculty and staff of Alinggan-Banaban Elementary School for the purpose of non-
    political, non-stock, non-sectarian club composed of men and women who believed in
    the priority and necessity to safeguard and protect our student and school valued
    rights against oppression from all sources. We are greatly honored to present our
    accomplishment for the school year 2023-2024.

    II. Objectives

    Our main objective is basically to promote the common good of the faculty and staff
    and the school as a whole;
    a. To protect, help and enhance the professional growth, economic, social, moral,
    cultural and spiritual values of the members.
    b. To cooperate with the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) and other civic bodies
    having education objectives and community development related programs.
    c. To establish partnerships, social orientation and accountability
    d. To improve public service quality to students
    e. To improve teacher to be assertive and more participative

    III. Accomplishments

    1. Created and implemented the approved Resolution on Birthday Social


    gatherings for the faculty with the desire to improve and strengthen
    relationships among the faculty members.

    2. Facilitated faculty meetings. Some of the agenda are as follows:

    3. Assisted/helped the members and even students in times of disasters or during


    their difficult times through voluntary donations and faculty funds.

    4. Participated in the planning of School Activities.
