1. Health and social care is the system being put in place, which is accessible by the

people in relations to their wellbeing. According to Andola (2019) is a general term

which classifies health and social care under the umbrella of the infrastructure put in

place to serve the peoples welfare being be it health wise or socially. This service

assists the people in relations to their hospital service delivery or provisions; as well

as their social requisites.

1.1 This service priority is to strengthens and assist the weaker groups

(kodom,2022). There has been a high demand for this service throughout this

country due to its significant role it plays in the society. And for that matter much

attention has been given by the government in order to serve the community or the

citizens better; being it health wise or socially. There are many diversified ways in

which this service serves or assist the people with;

o assistance for individuals or groups (young or old)

o support in human skill for individualists or collectivism

o providing the shelters for non-shelters

o providing an open service for both the young and the age who are struggling

with all sort of addictions

o support for the learning disability or mentally challenged

1.2 One builds connections between staffs at the work place, from different forms

or levels in position (koshal,2011). The manner of relations between the working

staffs may differ in different ways. For examples the relations between couples in

their home will differ from that of the work place, since there are rules governing or

regulations put in place to put the connections between people at work in checked.

These differences are created mostly based on the observations or researches over

the past times. This helps in order to correct the wrong or the mistakes been done
over the past years that didn’t help the working force in their quest to achieve their

organization goals. The kind of relationship the work place put into operation set

boundaries where one could work without any forms of distractions from the other

side or colleagues. These boundaries are mostly for security purpose and

professionalism. These differences of relationships also serve as hall mark for the

organizations.

1.3 There are departments put in position making sure institutions are working

according to the laid down rules. In the United Kingdom these offices have their set

of goals, that’s to see the betterment of the facilities (health wise or socially)

providing the required services in which they were set up for.

There are various health and social workforce which they work independently,

making sure there are checks and parity. There are independent bodies that controls

the affairs of doctors, pharmacists, nurses, social workers and the others. All these

bodies check to set if the working force or various institutions are working according

to standards and are frequently updated; promoting the wellbeing of the people. If

the people are in good condition, it contributes to the growth of the nation.

2.1 Every organization has its set goals to achieve and every set goals always

come with laid down principles or rules to make the goals a reality. There is an

induction stage in every organization or institutions which a new member is taught

how things are done in there. This induction brings uniformity in the work since

everyone is taught how to operate his role well in order to contribute to the

achievement of the goals; without that there are going to be a lot of errors or

casualties. Set down ways of doing things at the work place saves time and also

brings productivity or efficiencies. And each set out goals are being backed by the

law or they are legally right;


Appropriate way of providing the service; that’s care workers needs to use the

required measurements which was acquired through training in order to achieve

specific or the expected result. These ways of delivering the services are believed

they have been tested and proven way of achieving a meaningful result. These

measures are safety measures, security wise, good working environment and good

communication. In the course of delivering the services, safety is a paramount

practice which is not taking for granted or downplayed. The safety of the clients and

the staffs are highly in action which when taken for granted it affects the results

negatively. Negative results cut the flow of the believe the clients have in the

institution and for that matter, the purpose in which the institution is set up will not be

achieved.

2.2 Care workers can be fully informed about the laid down principles of the work

place through many avenues;

a) Employer is one channel through which worker can be much informed about the

principles or set of rules of the company. Employer upon interview and induction can

use these avenues to liaise with a staff. Is one of the ways where staff can be given

much information which is necessary for the worker to put into practice for the

betterment of the organization or institution. Employer laying individual facts to

worker comes with some importance since the worker believes ones is coming from

the employer it matters a lot, which for that matter the worker attaches some urgency

to it. It stays much longer in the memory of the worker since he or she knows in

order to perform well in the institution he or she must do accordingly what was said

during interview or the induction time.

Another avenue is printed documents be it magazines, workers books or

handouts. This way also makes it possible for the worker to have a copy or get time
to read in other for the person not to be ignorant of the kind of work he or she is

doing. These documents give confidence to the workers since their knowledge is be

enhanced.

Moreover, training sessions are also another way in which the worker can have

the opportunity to be knowledgeable about the facts of the organization. All new

updates are laid to the worker in order for the worker to be up to standard as time

goes by. As time changes, ways of doing things in the company or the institution

might also change which for that is very important to have a progressive training for

the staffs.

2.3 At the work field is expected of everyone to avoid or minimize errors, in order to

achieve positive results. Clients who are receiving care support is expecting nothing

but the best from the staffs or from the facility. Any error discredit the competence of

the staffs. And each staff is expected to play their role in order for the people to have

hope or believe in them. All measures such as safety handling, protection of

individuals information and proper communication are expected to be in action:

o Addressing matters at stakes; that’s when there are issues arising affecting

the quality of services received by client needs to be handle on time and

effectively. Early attention giving to such problems saves the day; and if it

must be done it must be done well. In that matter peoples trust rises up, which

also has positive impact on the organization.

o Patient centered is another key for clients to gladly trust in the facility. Much

attention is also required in order to give full support that is expected of the

staffs. When clients are been treated with much care, they also spread the

good news of the place to others and as a result, the organization can also

expand its operation to other parts of the nation. One bad information or news
from clients can ruin the image of the organization. When staffs put into

practice all the necessary information giving, it builds the confidence of the

clients in the workers and the worker also increases in much experiences in

delivering of the service.

o Leadership also goes a long way to contribute to the organization positively or

negatively. leadership by example, being a role model to your colleagues or

employees matters a lot in the operational goals. When the right information,

tools and equipment are provided on time, it helps the workers to minimize or

reduce errors.

Task 2: interview note

3.1 One enjoys the advantage of the partnership in the field of work. Care workers

enjoy advantages when different staffs from different specialty come together to

achieve a common goal. There is an exchange of the experiences, skills and

knowledge which benefits the clients, facility and the staffs. This also brings larger

number of workers together or sharing knowledge to enhance the services or

support given to the clients. Challenges are able to be dealt with on time since there

are larger number of hands-on boards. Team work or partnership saves time, where

it will take longer hours to complete due to small number of the staff. Partnership

saves the day where resources of different organization are put together in order for

the case or services to be delivered on time. It also promotes an increasement in

services delivery; since there are no shortage of staffs and again there are various

specialist to provide different specialties at the same the organization.

3.2 Recommended practices which are encouraged in the care services are such

as keeping of privacies; one will not be happy when at the facility fails to protect the

privacy of the clients by leaking sensitive information for the public consumption. It
destroys the confidence or the trust the client has in the staffs and the facility as well

as the staff’s trust in the facility.

Good communication is also recommended practices which is encouraged. Good

communication helps good relations between staffs and clients. When there is good

communication, there is efficiency in work which at the long round it saves time and

avoid waste. Good communication helps to minimize errors or mistakes. When there

are so many errors, the credibility of the facility is in question which no one would like

to engage with it or use it.

3.3 proper trainings play major role which causes people or organizations to be in

partnership. Training gives new opportunities to organizations since new ways of

doing things are being introduced which will enhance the progress of the

organization. Training serves as the backbone of which the set goals are being

achieved. One would like to be part of the of organization that is winning and proper

training makes it possible.

Ways of doing things such as teamwork also promotes partnership. The ability to

collaborate with others attracts other to join forces to achieve a common goal.
