    Magnetic Dry Separators Manual & Easy Cleaning


    This type of magnetic separators is mainly intended for the separation of metallic magnetic impuri-
    ties from bulk materials with good bulk properties . The basic parts of the magnetic separator are
    the so-called magnetic retractable grids (finger magnets) on which all metal impurities are cap-
    tured. Construction of a pull-out separator for bulk mixtures. The separators are equipped with
    permanent magnets , either ferrite magnets or neodymium NdFeB magnets based on rare earths,
    where we achieve several times higher magnetic induction (magnetic forces) and grids equipped
    with these magnets capture not even fully magnetic impurities.

    This magnetic separator has several major advantages and improvements over the previous
    type .

     the magnets are firmly connected to the body of the separator and there is no risk of injuries
    caused by the snapping of the magnetic cores, eg to a metal floor or other metal structure,
    during cleaning

    Grate Magnet/Hopper Magnet


    The hopper magnet finds application in the food or plastics industry , especially when regranulate
    or crushed material is used .The magnet is placed in the hopper of the injection molding ma-
    chine. It is equipped with very strong neodymium NdFeB magnets and is able to capture even
    very fine metal dust particles. The use of a magnet in the hopper leads to a significant extension
    of the life of the injection nozzles. We usually produce magnets for the injection molding hop-
    per with a diameter of 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 and 350 mm .We have developed the magnet for
    the hopper of the injection molding machine in an improved design according to your require-
    ments for maximum separation efficiency and work safety .The magnet in the hopper of the injec-
    tion molding machine in this improved design is equipped with very strong neodymium mag-
    nets. Its main advantages include the placement of magnets in the plastic body , which covers the
    entire cross-section of the injection molding hopper. This guarantees that all plastic granulate falls
    through the magnetic grids, on which metal impurities are trapped.
