Shopping must be one of the world’s most popular hobbies. According to each person’s
monthly income, he or she has different from spending of various. I’m not a shopaholic
so I just go shopping twice a month. I usually buy the necessary goods in a supermarket
near my house. This not only saves me time but also gives me standard quality products. I
really like going shopping with my mother because she can consult how I can buy food
products at reasonable prices. Sometimes, I also shopping online and some of my favorite
websites are shopee, tiki and lazada. I often buy housewares and clothes on it because I
can save a lot of money with vourches on website. In modern life, shopping online is a
trend, especially for young people. For me, shopping is a good habit if you can control of
your time and your budget.

My favorite brand is Cocoon, this is a cosmestic brand from Vietnam. Estalished in 2013,
Cocoon is one of the unique cosmestic brands in the Vietnamese market. Currently,
Cocoon products have main lines including skincare, bodycare, haircare and lipcare. Most
of these products are made with vegan ingredients from nature. That is why Cocoon’s
products are always safe, healthy, and rich in natural nutrients. However, there is a
disadvantage that the effect is slow, so it takes a long time to feel the chage. There are 2
things that I like the most about this brand. Fristlly, the main ingredients in the products
come form Vietnam’s nature. Secondly, the way they design products is very simple and

delicate with Vietnamese style. I have used many products from Cocoon and all produsts
make me very satisfied. I think I will countinue using products come from Cocoon in the
future.

Today, I’m going to tell you about shoppee which is a website I have bought a lot of stuff
from. In Vietnam, Shoppee has been widely used and popular in recent times. It has all a
variety of authentic products you want with reasonable prices from clothes, home
furnishings, cosmetics to school supplies. Due to the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandamic,
during that time I often used shoppe to buy eveything, especially clothes because the
price they offer is always lower than in clothing store. Last month I decided to buy a set
of clothes on shoppe from tiktok advertisement. The process of purchasing was very
simple as I could pay though online banking, which was super convenient. And the set of
clothes was delivered right on the next day without any prolems. Besides, shoppe also has
a lot of vouchers and freeship codes when buying. That’s why I love shopping on shoppe.
I think I will countinue using this website in the future.

In the past, in Vietnam, most people would go to the traditional market or supermarket
everyday to buy food products for their family. But only in the last few years, Vietnamese
consumers have had some changes in shopping trends. Firstly, online shopping is
becoming more and more popular. Especially after the Covid 19 pandemic broke out,
Vietnamese consumers have changed their traditional shopping habits to online
consumption. Some popular shopping websites in Vietnam, like: shopee, lazada or tiki.
Online shopping brings more benefits than traditional shopping. It is to meet the
consumption needs of themselves, ensure the safety during the pandemic period and save
money with vouchers on websites. Secondly, due to busy work, many Vietnamese
consumers will tend to hoard food instead of shopping many times to save time. Finally,
nowadays Vietnamese consumers are more concerned about their health. Therefore, they
prioritize clean products. I think these changes are suitable with the development of
society, it meets the needs of consumers in shopping.

Five months ago, on my way to Mega market, I saw a motorcyle and car accident. It was
afternoon, when I stoped at the traffic light, I heard a loud crash. Then, I turned around
and saw a man with his motobike lying in front of a car. Immediately, the drive of the car
got out of his car to see how it’s going. There were many people came and hepled them.
Luckily, a motorcyclist was scratched on the skin and both vehicles were only slightly
damaged, not be too serious. In the end of, the two sides debated, the reason for the
accident that motorcyclist was going in the opposite direction at a fast speed. Finally, the
two sides made up with each other and everything has returned to normal. The accident
made me scaered and I realized that going in the contrary direction is verry dangerous.

I’m person who does not often read newspaper, but since the Covid pandemic, I have
been in the habit of reading newspapers more often. Today, I want to share a news in a
newspaper that I have recently read. When the Covid 19 pandenmic broke out, it
seriously affected many fields, especially education, so vaccination is extremely
necessary. Inparticular, in Vietnam, more than 80% of people have been vaccinated with
2 or more doses and the next plan is to vaccinate children from age 5 to 12 years old.
Therefore, many schools have set up plans for students back to school as soon as
possible. This is good news for me after more than 1 year of online learning from home.
Going to school, students will absorb knowledge better than studying online at home.
Besides, this also overcomes some limitations of online learning such as network
connection problems, study space or health problems caused by sitting in front of the
computer for too long. I felt so happy when I read this news and I immediately shared it
with my family members and on different social networking sites such as Facebook,
Instagram.

I used to heared a crime stoty from my friend. The story happened 5 months ago, that day
is Sunday and as usual her mother went to supermarket. When her mother was going to
supermarket, her handbag was snatched by two motorcycle-riding robbers. It happened so
quickly, she lost her balance and fall out. There were many people came and helped her.
At the same time, the traffice police nearby saw the incident so they ran after them and

finally caught the two robbers. Luckily, the motorbike crash only scratched on the skin
and her mother received her handbag. Through that story, I feel that it is dangerous to
wear a handbag while riding a motorbike. There for, everytime I ride a bike, I usually put
my handbag in the motorcycle trunk for safety.

My future goal is to be a traninee next year. This will help me to have experience in my
future work. And to achieve that goal, I have preapered a plan for myself. Fristlly, I will
focus on studying courses related to my major. This is the most necessary and I spend the
most time because it helps me build the foundation of my industry knowledge. Next is the
improvement of English and office computer skills. It is not only a condition to meet the
requirements of employers but also a practical condition that contributes to promoting my
creativity and initiative. So everyday I spend 3 hours to learn English and informatics
thought online documents, lectures on Youtube. Finally, actively participate in school
activities to practive soft skill for yourself such as communication skills, teamwork skills,
planning skills.

Today, I will talk about one of the most famous magicians in the world that is David
Blanine. He was born in USA and started doing magic when he was four years old. David
Blanine has done a number of spectacular stunts that were show live on TV. First, he was

frozen inside a six-ton block of ice in New York’s Times Square. He stayed there for over
61 hours. When he was released from the ice, he counldn’t walk and he had to spend two
weeks in hopital. Next the stood on a 25-metre pillar for 35 hours aganin without food
and water. He jumed off the pillar -onto a pile of boxes. After that, he lived without food
for 44 days in a glass box by the river Thames in London. He survived only on water
from a tube and lost 24 kilos. I really want to meet David Blanine to see his amazing
magic shows.
