Dear Parents/ Guardians:
Warm greetings of peace & blissful year to all!
As we are about to end the very fruitful Academic Year of 2021-2022, we are very pleased & grateful that
once again we were able to perform well even in this era of pandemic. Your Josephite Family would like to
sincerely thank you for your steady partnership with us. Your enormous contributions, constant untiring support,
cooperation & resiliency are very much valued for they all make our endeavors, efforts and adjustments to launch
and deliver this Online Classes a resounding success.
At this point, we would like to inform you that at the start of January 2022, number of parents/guardians
had started to inquire and showed intentions and interest in enrolling their children in SJCNI for the Academic Year
2022-2023.
Consistent with our objective to prioritize and accommodate our loyal parents and students, we are
therefore sending you this survey letter in order to identify who are still interested to continue their education in
SJCNI. We remain strongly committed to honorably fulfill our pledge to continuously provide quality and excellent
education to your children. Your prompt response to this survey is very vital since it will be our point of reference
in the preparation for our Flexible Learning Program Scheme (FLPS) on its 3rd year.
POLICY ON CONFIRMATION/RESERVATION FEE
A non-refundable / non transferable Confirmation Fee/Reservation Fee of P5,000.00 shall be paid upon confirmation of slot.
For students who will confirm and enroll the confirmation fee of P5,000.00 is not refundable and not transferable but shall
be credited to the student’s tuition fee.
Should the student decide to withdraw from the school at any time after confirmation or after enrollment before the start of
classes, or as any time after the start of classes, the Confirmation Fee/Reservation Fee is deemed forfeited .
A. ( FOR OLD STUDENT ONLY) A discount of P1,000.00 (One Thousand Pesos) if enrollment is done on or before April
30,2022.
B. A discount of P500.00( Five Hundred Pesos) if enrollment is done or before May 15,2022.
Note : For items A and B: Even if a student has already submitted confirmation slip, a student is awarded of a discount
ONLY if he is considered officially enrolled upon payment of the required tuition fee and upon completion of the
enrollment procedures on the given required due date .
C. Reservation fee of One Thousand Pesos(P1,000.00) shall only serve as your child’s reserved slot for 7(seven) working
days and it will be forfeited after the validity date, in addition it does not mean he/she is automatically enrolled. Thus,
if the maximum number of students per class has already been reached and you have not yet enrolled your child, your
reserved slot will be forfeited. Reservation fee is non-refundable and / or non-transferable. For Online Payment, send
scanned copy of validated transaction slip to [email protected].
D. The school policy and procedure regarding siblings enrolled, honor students shall be applied and continuously be
enjoyed by concerned students in consonance and observance with SJCNI’S Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Important: Kindly ensure prompt payments on or before due dates as there will be no consideration for extensions and
promissory notes are not considered. Early Enrollment discounts are valid for ONSITE or ONLINE payment within the
specified due dates. Online Enrollment Form link will be forwarded to your MS Account, kindly monitor within
this week.
NOTE: 1) Confirmation Fee / Reservation Fee payment of Five Thousand Pesos(P5,000.00) are considered as
initial downpayment on your child’s Tuition Fee enrollment for school year 2022-2023.
2) Enrolment for Hyflex Learning Modality( Limited Face to Face and Distance Learning or Combined
Limited Face to Face and Online Learning) will be first come first serve basis.
3)Hyflex Learning Modality class capacity is maximum of 20 students per class.
4) In the absence of the parent/legal guardian a notarized Special Power of Attorney(SPA) is required
for submission upon enrollment of your child/ward in Hyflex Learning Modality.
5)Hyflex Learning Modality enrollees are required to enroll thru Onsite Enrollment process only.
Please be informed also that:
➢ All discounts ( Early enrollment, Siblings Discounts and Academic Scholar shall only be deducted in the last payment
balance of tuition fee. Availment of discounts is valid only prior to the start of classes. No extension will be
entertained.
➢ Discounts must be assessed and signed by the personnel in-charge in the Official Registration Form.
As previously stated in the Parent Student Handbook 2021-2022 and in the Parent Enrollment Waiver, Reservation fee of
One Thousand Pesos(P1,000.00) and Confirmation Fee of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) is non-refundable / non-
transferable.
For the Academic Year 2022-2023, SJCNI shall steadily keep up in giving its best on the delivery of quality
and excellent educational services in an Online Classes in order to safeguard and protect the health and safety of
our students and the entire SJCNI workforce since our country is still in the midst COVID-19 crisis.
Let us all praise God for keeping us healthy & safe and for giving us a blessed and successful Academic
Year 2021-2022. We ensure you that SJCNI academic learning shall remain solid and unhampered and shall
relentlessly work for the adaption, advancement and betterment of our educational services.

STEP 1 : Go to Outlook.com and log in through the student’s Microsoft account. Then, select and open the
email from child’s adviser with subject header: RESERVATION LETTER 2022-2023 with Tuition fee list/
Survey form & Enrollment Confirmation for reference.

STEP 2 : Request for Tuition Fee Assessment, kindly send an email to [email protected].

STEP 1: FOR OLD STUDENT : Present your Appointment Reference Number at


window 1 or 2 ( Registrar’s window) for Assessment of Fees.
FOR NEW STUDENT: Present your Appointment Reference Number with
Interview Slip Result from the Guidance Dept. and submit the initial requirements
(Report Card & Good Moral Character) at window 1 or 2 for evaluation and assessment
of fees.

STEP 2: Wait for your name to be called at window 3 ( Cashier’s - 1 (window) for
payment

STEP 3: Once payment is made, your child is considered enrolled. Wait for the
advisory/announcement at FB page for the Orientation for Parents and for other pre-
opening details.
