Cast Steel Swing Check Valve

Cover Stud

Body to Cover Joint designed to Cover Stud Nut

apply a uniform load to the gasket
to assure a leak proof seal. Cover
Seat Rings are seal
welded to provide a bubble
tight joint.

Disc to Hanger connection

allows the disc a controlled
movement independent Cover Gasket
of the hanger to assure proper
disc alignment with the seat at
closure.

The connection is
secured by a welded disc nut
to prevent disassembly due to Hanger Pin
vibration and closure impact.

Seat Ring
Stellited Seat Ring provides
Disc Nut
increased resistance to wear
abrasion and erosion of the Disc
sealing surface.
