INTRODUCTION
This business plan was generated to establish a business in line with food and beverage services
retail, named Café Del Fuego. It is a coffee shop that aims to serve the best coffee that will satisfy the
customers and colonize them with the aroma of the past through the café’s coffees. The business will be
located on Quezon Boulevard, along the National Road in Kidapawan City. The proponents determined the
target market as students ages 17 and above, teachers, lawyers, and even people with blue-collar jobs due
to our pocket-friendly prices. Café Del Fuego is run by a corporation, and the proponents have the vision to
turn the business into an inter-city business organization that holds massive branches of coffee shop
outlets.
After we conducted our S.W.O.T. analysis, we knew that our strength was our product itself
because it was made from well-ground coffee beans and we used environmentally friendly materials that
encouraged the customers to buy our product because of the environmental crisis we are facing. Though
we have strengths, we also have weaknesses. Moreover, our coffees are pocket-friendly, yet competitor
A’s coffees are cheaper, which may attract the attention of the customers. Opportunities outside our
organization are easy to find, for workers and wanderers surround us. We may be benefiting from these
opportunities, but we are also facing threats because competitor A was established a year ago, meaning
they already have loyal customers. Despite all this, we are confident that we can gain customers through
our strategies such as bundle pricing.
With all these strategies and brainstorming, the proponents believe that the business will operate for
an extended period. With a complete workforce, the proponents assure the customers that the beneficiaries
will experience products of high quality at an affordable price.
Rationale
Commercial coffee shops are designed to bring all the advantages of coffee to the workplace, but
drinking coffee is a great social activity too. People are busy nowadays; all are in a rush. Bosses and
employees do not have the luxury of time to relax, but if they do, a coffee shop would be a perfect place to
calm a chaotic mind.
Our list of top reasons to drink coffee continues to include its well-known high caffeine content. The
sad reality of modern life is that most of us are usually tired most of the time. As a result, an increase in
energy is typically very much appreciated. The more introverted of us could often use a little caffeine to get
the conversation rolling, making a coffee meet-up the ideal setting for a catch-up. While those who are
particularly extroverted may gain energy simply by being around other people (Liquidline, 2021).
The proponents identify the reason why the community needs a coffee shop that helps keep the
productivity of the customers. The proposed project is beneficial to the customers, future employees, and
even the investors.

Consequently, there are numerous advantages to having small coffee shops in the community.
They create a more diverse local economy, support other local businesses, and create jobs. It could be
argued that locally sourced goods and services even have a positive impact on the environment, it could be
argued. Additionally, local coffee shops simply provide superior service and products. Encourage everyone,
but especially small business owners, to check out the specialty shops and coffee shops in their
neighborhood.
Therefore, the project proposal is being adhered to give solutions to the lack of energy of the
people in our community, social interaction, to rest, for mutual ground, office culture, and to help the
customers improve their health status. A coffee shop is the best answer.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Coffee lovers enjoy their coffees in different quantities in their cups. That is why Café Del Fuego is
serving different sizes of cups, namely, small, medium, and large.
People nowadays are easily distracted when it comes to food and coffee. Along with our coffee,
Café Del Fuego will also serve snacks that suit the tastes of customers. Sweets such as macaroons,

We all know that our environment is suffering from pollution and crisis. That’s why Café Del Fuego
is using materials that are eco-friendly and recyclable. Since our business is best for workers who have
spent overtime, we are open 24 hours. Our coffee beans are grown and fertilized organically, so you can
taste the natural aroma without the use of chemicals. We serve coffee that is good for athletes and
customers who have an active lifestyle.
Methodology
1. Definition of Market
Coffee lovers such as students ages 17 years old and above, lawyers, teachers, call-center agents,
and even persons with blue-collar jobs are the main target of our business. In order for our coffee shop
business to gain sales, we must engage in what is latest in the season. When there are important event in
a month we will celebrate it through decorating our physical store with relevance to the situation. Supply the
customers with the right coffee according to their needs to gain growth prospect. Selling a coffee that will
benefit athletes and customers with an active lifestyle, without ruining their diet because of preservatives
will help our coffee shop gain and attract customers. We have a target market for our coffee beverages to
sell 20 cups of a small cup of coffee with 12oz measurement, 20 cups of a medium cup of coffee with 16oz
measurement, and 20 cups of a large cup of coffee with 20oz measurement.
2. Determination of the Market Share
Cafe Del Fuego is run by a corporation who’s eying for investors. We are targeting at least 30
customers a day, may it be students ages 17 and above or call-center agents, teachers, and lawyers. We
are eying for our product to be sold at least 20 cups of each size. With an estimated annual purchase of
21,900 cups (varied in size) annually.
3. Positioning Strategy
Cafe Del Fuego is different from other coffee shops, for we are fast and efficient when it comes to
service and cleaning. Customers will never feel that they are sipping coffee on the side of the road because
of the nature-like ambiance of the shop. Since we are facing an environmental crisis, we use materials that
are easy to recycle or reuse. We are serving coffee that can bring back the nostalgia of the past because of
its aroma and eradicate the bad vibes with its distinct flavour caused by well-grounded coffee bean. We are
unique for we are open 24/7 which matches the purpose of our product and beverage. Thus, we give free
poems for every purchase of our coffee drinks.
4. Pricing Strategy
Cafe Del Fuego uses the price bundling strategy where we bundle several items together.
Customer will see this as a bargain, and it will increase our sales.
5. Distribution Strategy
Cafe Del Fuego is a retailer shop, since it sells directly the product to the customer. Thus, to gain
sales we will be open for delivery services and online selling.
6. Promotion Strategy
Cafe Del Fuego will have a 5,000 pesos budget for advertisement in T.V and Radio via Ronda FM.
We will also post our business in all the social media platforms to gain sales and customers. Sales talking
will always be a big help for bigger prospects.
