My topic for my project is “Are there risks with genetically engineered foods? IMy
parents raised me to eat healthy and to read labels and concern myself with what I put
into my system. I was raised pesticides were bad and the hormones in milk and meat
have sped up puberty. Since then, I have tried educating myself in what we ingest and
more importantly what my son ingests. I cant raise him in a bubble, but I can minimize
affect several organs and systems. However, results of most studies hepatic,
pancreatic, renal, or reproductive effects are contradictory. I found just as many studies
from around the world with no effects of GMOs athat I did from studies showeing GMO’s

nutritional problems. On the flip side when GMOS are eliminated people experience
more energy, weight loss, better digestion, reduced allergies and skin conditions. This
