    Part I: Answers

    Write your answers to the questions here. Write complete


    sentences in your own words. Do not write the questions.
    QUESTION A The main character is the young lady. She had beautiful

    (Main character) features, pale body, trouble and hurt.

    QUESTION B The secondary character is the old woman. She was badly

    (Secondary characters) dressed, wrinkled, had unfavorable appearance, withered and

    decrepit.

    QUESTION C The setting was in a lonely place in the forest in October at

    (Setting) Sunset.

    QUESTION D What I could understand is that the young lady had left her life

    (Plot and conflict) behind, leaving her family, but she felt bad for having done

    that. One day, she met with and old woman to do a kind of spell

    and see how the people they had left behind were. She could

    hear voices and conversations that only spoke of how bad she

    had done, and I think that make her felt worse.

    QUESTION E The main character was feeling bad, she felt like something was
    burning inside for what she had done.

    QUESTION G When moaned sadly round the verge of the Hollow between

    lady, she didn’t raise her head.

    QUESTION H In my opinion, what could happen next will be that the young

    (Prediction) lady wakes up from a horrible nightmare, that is the same as

    every night in the past 2 months.
