instantly. I'm not saying that the teenager has no sense, but if the first thing she hired was the said
partner could help her hire or figure out employees, that's when the employee entry will begin. But it is

Now let's talk about the profit margin she gained with a small percentage. That strategy wherein he
minimize the profit she will be gain so that her store will patrionize by costumers as it just opened as an
exclusive dealer of Parisian Shoes Products a few weeks ago, so it means that the store is just starting
palang. This helps especially since there are many competitors in that field, apart from the many
franchisees of Parisian and they had a lot of competitors in the field of shoes, they also have many
competitors when it comes to different shoe brands. That is why Miss Marian thought that strategy.
From the start A low profit margin is not a problem in a business, well in fact, future buyers will like it
more and you will gradually notice that your income will increase. You earn a lot right away, but others
will not buy from you again because your interest rate is high agad. The little by little profit is good, the
important thing is that you don't run out of customers.
See?, the increasing volume of costumers justified the small profit she earned, and by that, the sales
justified her to hire a sales assistant after just 5 months of operation. Within 1 year, her sales go wide,
and I hope that the small profit margin she added is still ongoing, to continue the growing sales. By next
year, in the year 2011, as the story said, that Miss Marians Rivero's factory was attended by 10 workers
plus the helpers and the teenage helper. We may see that Miss Marian's career is a successful one.
It says that she is performing various of functions, where we will return to the problem. Again, her
problem is about Disordered Organization, which is one of the factor is this one, Miss Marian's variety of
functions that she is performing. Presently as it says, her function is; Purchasing merchandise stocks
outside town; Accounting; Supervising sales activities; Cashiering and Treasury; and Supervising
Inventory control. Now it's your time to say what are your thoughts about her functions. I think this is
one of the factor effecting her to be Disored Organization. For me, she should hire someone who can do
her other work, so that her work will be focused on one or two functions. Then she must consult or ask
for suggestions for some help on how to fix the said problem.
