    Pursuant to OUA MEMO 00-1021-0050 and in line with the REGIONAL MEMORANDUM No.
    118 s. 2021 regarding the LiteraTournament 2021 in celebration of the NATIONAL READING AND
    BOOK MONTH this November 2021, this institution shall enjoin and conduct activities in compliance
    to the said memorandum disseminated from the Office of Undersecretary, Alain Del B. Pascua and
    Regional Director, Gilbert T. Sadsad of DepEd Region V-Bicol.
    The major beneficiaries of the said activity are the teachers and staff, and students for they will be
    receiving Certificates from DepEd PD-LMS (Professional Development-Learning Management
    System) from attending the webinar series, and the learners and parents of CRIS who will actively
    participate in the different activities to be implemented.
