The Lambunao National High School Supreme Student Government Project entitled Mission

Paglaum, a project aimed to support a new educational approach under a new normal which
provides accessibility and addresses concerns of the student’s.
The Project includes E-turo, a face to face tutorial program for elementary pupils to address
and supply the needs and problems regarding the modular system of education. Under E-turo
includes the SSG officers who serve as the guide to various students.
( Name of student ) ( grade level ), a student of (school) said that this program is able to
extend help towards his/her struggles to this new system he was facing as of now under the
pandemic. He/she added that he/she was grateful towards Project: Mission Paglaum.
The Project does not only include E-turo, it also contains E-konek, to face the students
hardship towards internet connection, due to this problem E-konek provides free internet
connection for High School and College Students who are required of internet connection
especially during this pandemic.
Shiena May Doncillo, SSG President stated that “I was grateful for the opportunity that
Project: Mission Paglaum may offer towards the obstacles in the current situation that we are in
right now.” she ended
Piso Printing is also included in the Project, a low cost printing provided to all Lambunao
National High School Students for educational purposes only. Piso Printing offers students to
spend less money and invest more on educational resources, it also offers the students to be
more conservative on money.
In partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataang of Poblacion Ilawod, the Lambunao
National High School Supreme Student Government was able to conduct the Project: Mission
Paglaum that helps sustain programs for the youth, the goal of the project is to settle each and
every students, struggle, hardship and problems on this pandemic with the help of Student
leaders who prioritize the welfare of the students.
The Project was officially launched last April 10 2021 at Poblacion Ilawod Multi-purpose
Hall headed by the Supreme Student Government of Lambunao National High School president
Shiena May Doncillo and officers as well as the advisers to officially welcome the purpose of the
Project.
Melvin M. Lego, In charge of School Governance and operation was able to participate
and gave a heartfelt message to encourage the Supreme Student Government for success and
purpose, Hon. Niel Latañafrancia, Brgy. Captain of Poblacion Ilawod also gave a warm
message during the program.
 “Padayon: A Tatak First Class Training on Empowering Leaders Amidst New Normal”, a
1st virtual Municipal Leadership Training headed by the Lambunao National High School
Supreme Student Government webinar training via Facebook live last December 12, 2020 at
10:00-11:00 am.
Along with trusted and experienced speakers who inspired student leaders to continue
their purpose and to be determined to accomplish their duties and responsibilities as we are
facing pandemic we are adapted to the new normal system which makes us even more
empowered to continue.
The program follows the 1st speaker, Ro Anne Lazada, CPUR President of Central
Philippine University Jaro, Iloilo gave her encouraging message on the Inspiration and
Motivation of a student leaders includes the three C’s which is connect and communicate in
order to lift others spirit, challenge yourself to break your own boundary and to allow yourself to
grow and lastly conquer with courage to be able to pack yourself with positivity and to limit
yourself to be limitless.
Khalel Czarine Tanalgo, chairperson of WVSU-University Student Council also gave her
message to motivate Student leaders she stated that inspiration means people reaching a point
of wanting to act, it should always start with yourself in order to inspire others and Motivation
means giving people reasons to act, motivation should have objectives.
To talk regarding Leadership and Career Patching, JP Peñol, chief operating officer of
IMMS Iloilo Merchant Marine School Pavia, Iloilo City shared that you are destined for
something greater in life, some success is made for people who are determined. According to
the words of Cationa Gray, Miss Universe 2018 “To everyone with a dream, know that your
dreams are valid and on your path you are never denied, only restricted.”
To address to the issue regarding cyberbullying, Larc Symon, Cyberpeace Champion,
Regional Indigenous People Focal for 4P’s Program with his speech entitled Cyberspace
creating a Peaceful Internet Together said that we have the personal ability to protect our family,
friends and love ones personal privacy, reflect on each decision making in order to be able
internet smart.
The speakers started the program with message that motivate and inspire us to
continue the journey and learn that our path is determined based on our decision and promote
peach and equal as what JP Peñol quotes for him Public Service is one of the noble position
because it gives you the chance to transform the life of others especially the least privileged.

The Lambunao National High School Supreme Student Government alongside with the
school's organization and other supreme student government of each school joined hands to
the Tatak First Class for Service Leadership Training held at West Visayas State University last
August 16-18 2019.
On the first day of the activity was the discussion proper headed by Mrs. Luda
Ahumada, Principal lll of Lambunao National High School to welcome the participants of the
training, together with the guest speakers to share their best practices in terms of leadership.
The event also includes sharing of learnings during the duration of the first of the
activities headed by the trusted student leaders of West Visayas State University to share their
knowledge along with their journey of struggles and success, getting to know each other should
not be missed as well.
I'm a leader of my members, an activity that was challenged to the leaders of each
organization to find their respective team members. This activity allowed members to
acknowledge each of the leaders' struggles.
After the activity, each participant was able to share their realizations and able to
know more on the purpose of the activity. After that a bonfire celebration was then celebrated.
Not only that, on the second day was the organizational laws and talks held at
Caninguan National High School last August 17 2019.
The Evening Event was the cheers and yells created by each team to showcase the
energetic vibe of the event followed by the search for Mr. and Ms. Denim to present each
participant's talents, beauty and brain.
The day does not end without Team Building Activity, with the team to show that they
are able to be capable and united despite the composition of different team members conducted
by West Visayas State University-Main Campus, University Student Council on the third day of
the activity August 18 2019.
The activity was composed of different team challenges and obstacles that will be
able to help strengthen each leader's capacity to lead and the members ability to be a follower.
The program ends with awarding of certificates to those participants who are willing,
determined and compassionate and also a unity dance to show that we are united as one.
TATAK FIRST CLASS FOR CULTURE
"Ang Nahamno nga Pagsinarayo", to be able to promote our culture to show that we are
proud to be a Pilipino, Lambunao National High School Supreme Student Government in hands
with Ms. Jenifer Osorio, Tourism Officer to present the activity Banggi-anay as one of our
practiced culture to the new generation last September 2 2019, 7:00 pm held at Lambunao
Gymnasium.
Banggi-anay, a process of communication or debate also known as Balagtasan in
tagalog, requires good communication skills and memorization ability during the ancient times
and it is also a tradition of Panay Bukid on, still practiced in Brgy. Lambunao.
Percy Sabo-o of HUMSS 12-A, Supreme Student Government Officer headed the
program with the SSG officers and advisers to encourage the students to participate in the
show.
The ticket prices at twenty pesos, affordable and low cost but the purpose was to
extend help towards the indigenous people as the present the culture of Banggi-anay.
Jenifer Osorio, Tourism Officer was thankful and happy that more and more students
are able to see the culture of Banggi-anay that the new generation ignored. She was also
grateful to the Tribu Bukidnon for their efforts and determination during the activity.

The first Supreme Student Government Scholars was established to extend help to the
students who had good academic standing but were in need of financial assistance.
To address this issue, the Lambunao National High School Supreme Student
Government created the project in accordance with the Tatak First Class for Agriculture entitled
Urban Gardening composed of lettuce.
The Screening of the scholars was held at computer laboratory-main campus on
September 5, 2019 exactly at 3:30 pm onwards.
With accordance to the Guidelines on the following, student's must be preferably a
member of Indigenous People, students must be bonafide students of Lambunao National High
School and students must be recommended by their adviser.
 The students who passed along the criteria are Grade 7, Jenelyn Simpas of section 2,
Ciara Cabareño of section 10 and Clark Reymar Lego of section 1.
Grade 9 student Jeric Lenisen of SPS passed together with Grade 11 students Rona
Janice Lebuna of BPP-A and Myra Verde of STEM.
In Grade 12, Jennevine Lobria of HUMSS-A, Francis Grajo of EIM, Charis Montaño
of HUMSS-B, April May Cuayco of BPP-A, Ma. Carla Naig of HUMSS-C, Eddie Boy Esaimante
of EPAS-B and Mark Ryan Esaimante of EPAS-B.
The scholars received the benefits of the following: they will be SSG scholars, they
will have a PTA fee and they will experience and learn about Urban Gardening.
The Supreme Student Government is thankful to those students who participated
and tried to be able to partake in the opportunity of the program.
(TATAK FIRST CLASS AGRICULTURE)
To help support the Supreme Student Government Scholars, Lambunao National High
School Tatak First Class Agriculture project urban gardening at Burgos St. Lambunao Iloilo last
September 20, 2019.
SSG scholars, officer's, advisers, volunteers and MAPEH Circle Club Officer's of
Lambunao National High School partake in the Project.
Hand in hand with Lambunao Champion Farmers headed by Mr. Ariel Lastica along
with the experts in terms of gardening also participated in the project.
According to Sir Ariel Lastica, lasagna method is used which is a composition of
cartons, rice straw, organic fertilizer and vermicompost.
He also stated that using the Lasagna Method it should be horizontal, to form an
outline a rope is used, placing the layers such as the brown materials to provide carbon and it
should be sprayed with enzymes to fasten the decomposition.
At the given amount of time the compost should be decomposed completely to be
able to plant the seed of lettuce.
Sir Gidion Uy, Teacher ll under science department said that the spray to be used
should be mixed non-chlorinated water so that the bacteria will fasten the decomposition of the
compost and the bacteria will be alive, condition of time should be morning or afternoon without
direct sunlight, he added that fermicast is a natural fertilizer made of compost of worm, african
worm preferably.
After the bed was done the seeds of lettuce were planted and watered until it reached
maturity and harvested as soon as they reached the desired size.
For about 4 months the Supreme Student Government, Tatak First Class for
Agriculture reached the 2nd harvest of lettuce.
Along with the efforts of Lambunao Champion Farmers as one of the key factors why
the project has reached success since the support received since day 1, Lambunao National
High School Supreme Student Government extends gratitude and thankfulness.
