    I MARCIA JUNE ROBINSON of 20 Market Street Mandeville HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and

    testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will----------------------------

    EXCEUTORS

    1. (a) I HEREBY appoint my brother NORMAN ROBINSON of 52 Lavinia Avenue Portmore to

    be sole executor and trustee of this my Will but if he dies before me-----------------------------------

    (b) I APPOINT the partners at the date of my death in the firm of Kunte Holtzein & Browne

    Attorneys-at-Law 25 King Street Mandeville Jamaica or if the firm which at that date has--------

    succeeded to and carries on its practice to be the executors and trustees of my Will--------------

    (c) I DECLARE that the expression ‘my Trustees’ shall include the trustees or trustee for the

    time being hereof whether original or substituted-----------------------------------------------------------

    RESIDUE

    2. MY trustees shall hold the whole of my estate not otherwise disposed of by this my Will

    or any Codieil to it upon trust either to retain or sell it and------------------------------------------------

    (a) to pay my debts funeral and testamentary expenses

    (b) to pay the residue ( ‘the Trust Fund’ ) to Norma for his on use and benefits absolutely-

    if he dies before me or does not survive me by thirty days the following provisions shall

    take effect

    (c) to pay the Trust Fund to my nephews GEORGE ROBBINS and THOMAS ROBBINS as -----

    shall survive me and attain a vested interest and if more than one in equal shares but- -

    if any of them die before me leaving a child or children living at my death then such- - - -

    child or children shall on reaching eighteen take equally the share which their parent- -

    would otherwise have taken-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

    TRUSTEE ADMINISTRATION CLAUSES

    3. (a) The Standard Provisions of the Wills Act shall apply save as hereinafter provided-----

    (b) In my Will and any Codicil to it the expression ‘my Trustees’ means (where the
    context requires) my personal representatives for the time being who act lawfully in----

    the administration of my estate or the Trustees for the time being


    IN WITNESS where of I have hereunto set SIGNED by the Testatrix in our presence and
    attested by us in the presence of her and of
    my hand this Fifteenth day of March Two each other
