Operation instruction

一. Preface
First of all thank you for using our servo motor filling machine GP5000,
please be sure to read the instruction carefully before starting the machine.
二. Performance
GP5000 type servo motor filling machine adopts touch screen control
system and servo piston control the filling volume. Filling nozzles will go up
with the rising of the liquid level, make sure the filling precision and no
foaming. The machine enjoys the characteristics of compact-sized, simple
operation, stable performance, convenient maintainance, no noise and high
capicity etc.
The machine is widely used in fields of pharmaceutical, food, light
industry, beverage etc.

四. Application method
(一)equipment adjustment
Remove the filling machine to working place, then adjust the outrigger
support and castor to make sure the filling machine and other equipped
machine highly consistent, and make sure the machine si fixed and stable.
Check every valve and joints to see if there are problems such as
loosening and fracture, change the parts promptly if there is any problem.
If there has no problem of spare parts, plug in, switch on, see if the machine

will work well.

(二) Touch screen adjustment
Push the enter button, enter into the following picture
Below is manual operation to test each function before you run machine in
automatic mode.
Stuck bottle: This is manual test tab, Once you press it, the
cylinder will clip/hold bottle neck, this is the step before
nozzle going donw.

Parameter setting page:
Test result: .This is the test value afte pressing bracket test tab, it shows the nozzle working
distance. The set stroke should not exceed this value.
Stroke set: You can set this to decide nozzle diving depth,this number should not exceed the
stroke test result to protect nozzles not hit the conveyer
Up nozzle stop pos: Diving nozzles will go up slowly from bottle bottom and stop at this point,
then go up fast. You can set this distance
clip bottle: The bottle front and back block cylinder will block the bottle to be in good position
before filling.
bracket test: This is the height of nozzle up and down. After testing this then we can set the
stroke within this safe range. The set stroken should not exceed this value.

1ML=49P, this is calculated by the system, pls do not chagne
it.
Decelerate time: this is the time takes to reach the speed you
set.

MAX Fill Volume:
These are all hidden pages, engineer set according to piston diameter, you do not
need to change anything.

Bottle block check time 0.5S: When sensor checked the last entering
bottle in position, it can wait several seconds to close the gate, so that
the cylinderwill not hit the bottle, this is the time can be set.
Liquid Piston Stroke: 320mm, this is calcuated by system, pls do not change it
also.

2. Filling nozzle
After adjusting the card bottle part, make sure the bottles are locked,
adjust the filling nozzle individually, make sure the filling nozzles are
rightly on the top of the bottle mouth. Then lock the filling nozzles tightly.

五. Common false and elimination methods

六. Maintainance
(一)Cleaning
Clean the machine everyday after finish filling work, avoid using oil to
wash the conveyor to avoid conveyor burn-in, using petroleum ether or
absolute alcohol to wash every three days or a week, make sure no water
into the box in case of happening electrical damage.
(二)Lubrication
Lubricate the antifriction bearing by 1# albany grease (every three months)

二 . Customer need to check the machine model according to invoice and
warranty card, see if the model is unified, please contact the supplier as
soon as possible if it happens disunion.
三.Customer need to safekeep the invoice and warranty card, lose do not
repair, cancellation if you obliterate personally, please present valid
warranty card and invoice during maintainance.
