Milestone 1: Create contracts and statement of works
a) Analyze previous similar projects b) Research different menu tablets c) Get quotes and estimates for the scope of work d) Prepare a budgetory estimate and put up for approval e) Assess the third party using prequalification criteria f) Use suitable company methodoligies to select the vendor g) Finalize the vendor h) Release statement of work Milestone 2: Launch the tablet at the two locations a) Kick off meeting with the selected vendor b) List down the activities or support that are required to be extended to the vendor from the company side c) Preparation of digital menu in the tablet d) Review the digital menu and suggest for any changes before initial trial run
e) Incorporate changes and update the menu
f) Trail run the tablet wrt menu and payment methods
g) Identify a group of employees for training h) The trained employees shall train the remaining employees i) Ask for feedback from the staff and make sure they are ready to operate the tablets. Suggestions if any to be reviewed before the launch j) Launch the tablet at the two locations on a scheduled date Milestone 3: Customer survey wrt satisfaction and feedback a) Create a feedback survey in terms of staisfaction from customers b) Obtain the feedback survey c) Analyze the survey d) Incorporate the areas where it needs improvement e) Conduct a feedback survey after improvements and the process shall go on ject Plan
