Equipped with a large capacity impact crusher
Equipped with the KR1313 impact crusher, which is one of the largest crushers that can be transported without disassembling. It of course crushes concrete debris, but also fine crushes natural stone, and produces large volumes of high quality product in a single pass. The crusher is equipped with variable speed drive, enabling the production and gradation to be adjusted.

Designed with the operator in mind, the crusher offers the most up-to-date technological advancement to assist with your crushing needs.

Equipped with an automatic gap adjustment mechanism. The latest automatic gap adjustment mechanism is
used. The gap can be changed with one touch, simply by inputting the outlet gap size. Auto Semi-auto The gap can be adjusted automatically, simply by inputting the numerical value for the gap size. The gap can be adjusted to the desired size by operating the buttons.

Hopper with outstanding loadability and visibility. The


hopper boasts the minimum loading height of any product in its class, and it is designed to be sturdy enough to withstand the weight of large rocks when they are dropped in.

Color LCD Monitor

Feeder delivers high crushing efficiency. Komatsus semiauto feeder system is used. If the crusher becomes overloaded, the feeder will adjust the speed automatically so it delivers the highest crushing efficiency for the type and characteristics of each raw material.

Grizzly feeder with outstanding muck extraction characteristics. The use of an upward slope feeder and 2-stage
grizzly bar, that makes it difficult for the debris to clog up the machinery, delivers outstanding muck removal performance. In addition, the feed volume can be adjusted using the feeder speed dial. A muck chute, which can be switched between mixing and separation of muck is provided as standard equipment. If the optional side conveyor is used along with it, removal of muck from your product can be accomplished easily.

Large capacity long belt conveyor. A 1200 mm 48" wide,


high speed conveyor for discharge of large volumes quickly is provided. The discharge height is high at 3 m 9.'10".

High mobility and transportability. The undercarriage of the


Komatsu PC200LC hydraulic excavator is used. It delivers excellent mobility. Also, the use of a crusher case slide mechanism keeps the overall height to within 3.5 m 11'6" while it is being transported.

EASY EASY MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY AND SAFETY

Outstanding performance and reliability. Highly reliable


monitoring system and technology developed for construction equipment are used. In addition, a pre-cleaner and a double element type air cleaner, which are highly effective in preventing dust from getting in the engine, are standard equipment. A large inspection door is also provided on the side of the crusher, enabling a quicker response if trouble should occur, giving this unit outstanding maintenance characteristics.

Water spray system with 2 nozzles for spraying water to prevent dust is mounted as standard equipment, and other features such as a full cover on the belt conveyor to keep dust from scattering are included to provide a design that gives consideration to the environment. Safety
Emergency shut-off buttons are located on the left and right sides of the chassis, on the control panel and the radio remote control (optional). A rotating lamp flashes when there is a malfunction on the monitor display (for example, when overheating occurs) and the operator is also alerted by a buzzer in the event of an unusual shut-down on the conveyor belt or optional equipment.
