Easy Commissioning Steps


for the Controller SEC 8800-S

1. Power On and Check

1. Inspect power cables, communication cables, encoder cables are shielded and the
shield is perfectly grounded.
2. To confirm safety circuit, lock circuit are closed.
3. To confirm up and down limit signal, up and down forced slow-down and maintenance
priority on car roof loop access.

3. Inverter Parameter Setting

4. Motor Self Teach

Press emergency stop button on controller cabinet, switch to inspection status, confirm
motor brake cable is correctly connect to ZQ1 and ZQ2 of controller, ensure safety circuit

102-114 is connected, door lock circuit 120-118 is connected, contactor KMC, KMY, KMB,
KMZ should be also closed. Firstly make sure inverter is powered on and display
normally, then switch off, power on again, the inverter will automatically learn the encoder
information. If learning fails, the technician should re-check the parameter setting, adjust
the relative parameter according to error code of the handheld terminal.

5. Check the CAN bus before high-speed adjustment

1. Confirm controller telecommunication resistance and telecommunication voltage.


2. Set address of floor of SM-04 board.

6. Door Open & Close Adjustment

1. Confirm open & close door signal are in place.


2. Confirm the safety edge and overload signal is correct.
3. Push open/close button to confirm if the door can be open/close normally.

7. Shaft Teach

In the state of inspection, enter into shaft teach interface on main manual, elevator will
run to the top of shaft in the relevant speed.

8. Running Test

1.Switch the elevator to normal state.


2. Monitor the floor selection interface on the manual of handheld terminal, then select
floors for elevator’s trail run: one-floor run, two-floor run, multi-floor run and all-floor run.
3. Affirm the elevator can normally close the door, start-up, accelerate, operate, stop the
car, slow down, stop eliminate the signal and open the door.
4. Adjust the elevator drive comfort (adjust inverter parameter of P02.00-P02.10).

9. Elevator Function Test

Automatic, Attendant, Independence, Fire, Lock device, Parallel and Group control.

10. Elevator Safety Test

1. Safety and lock loop test. Relay and contractor adhesion protection test.
2. Skid protection, staggered floor protection, overload protection and 110% load test.
