    One of our main products is slip ring ,especially industry slip rings and slip ring
for wind generators.We are one of the suppliers of several famous wind power
enterprises,Gamesa,Vestas,GE,Siemens,and regularly supply slip rings
assembly,like slip rings,brush holders and carbon brush to them.We can
manufacture and design according to the customers’ specific application.

The slip rings we produce have the following characteristics:


The overall weight is light, easy to install and maintain.
It has anti-corrosion properties such as moisture-proof, anti-salt spray, acid
and alkali resistance,and can operate continuously in the harsh
environment of - 45 ~125 ~C;
Using special treatment technology for material surface, the system repels
toner and dust by itself;

The central collector is a combination of collector rings with different


specifications, with high voltage functional area, low voltage functional area,
data and signal transmission functional area, and is a special feeding device for
large equipment machinery. Its function is to transmit power through rotating

Brush Holder

    The brush holder (brush box) is a carbon brush holding device, which not only
keeps the relative position of the carbon brush from shifting, but also ensures the
good contact between the carbon brush and the rotating body during the working
process. The brush holder is made of ZCuZn16Si4, ZCuZn31Al2, ZAlSi9Mn,
Q235, H62, phenolic molded plastic, etc. Our company has produced brush
holders for more than 30 years, and is the designated manufacturer of brush
holders for locomotive traction motors of the Ministry of Railways. At present, the
company has more than 2,000 sets of brush holder manufacturing molds of

Carbon Brush

    The brush is an important component of the motor, responsible for


conducting current between the rotating parts and the stationary parts. The
shape is rectangular, and the wire is installed in the spring. When working , the
spring is pressed to work on the rotating part like a brush. Because it is mostly
made of graphite, it is also called carbon brush.The carbon brushes are kept in
contact with the collector ring or commutator assembly by the brush holder.

Motor Carbon Brush 

    Resin graphite carbon brushes are suitable for fractional horsepower motors. 

    Carbon graphite material is made of carbon powder (naturally purified or


artificial) by pressing and roasting with appropriate binder, and has good
resistance to high temperature and load changes.

    Resin graphite material is formed



by polymerizing natural graphite powder or
artificial graphite powder and thermosetting resin, and has high electrical
resistance and mechanical properties.

DC Motor Carbon Brush

    Morotack can provide various types of electric graphite carbon brushes which
are widely used in DC motors.
    Electrochemical graphite material is made of carbon powder and coke, and the
basic amorphous carbon is converted into artificial graphite by high temperature
treatment (>2500℃).

designs. The function of the spring in the carbon brush holder is to
put pressure on the carbon brush that is in sliding contact with the
surface of the commutator or slip ring, so that it conducts current
