Cancellation of Deed of Conditional Sal

WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, a Deed of Conditional Sale dated October 10, 2018 had been
entered and executed by the PARTIES over a parcel of land located at Canao-canao,
Tabogon, Cebu, with a total area of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Five
(13,885) square meters, more or less, known as Lot No. 4910 covered by Tax
Declaration No. 44-0006-02820, agreeing to a total purchase price of Nine Hundred
Twenty Thousand Pesos (P920,000.00) Philippine currency;
The purchase price paid by the new buyers, spouses Susan and Romel
Zanoria amounting to One Million Six Hundred Thousand (P1,600,000.00) Philippine
currency shall consist of the following:

First, Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P520,000.00) Philippine
currency payable to the PURCHASERS made under the name of LOUCELYN
PANTALEON-LAO;
Second, One Million Eighty Thousand Pesos (P 1,080,000) Philippine currency
payable to the SELLERS made under the name of HAZIEL QUINAIN-PIANAR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their names and
signatures this ______ day of February 2022 in Cebu City, Philippines.
