    Instruction Guide for Registration of Titas Gas

    Step-1 : Go to login page. URL- https://portal.titasgas.org.bd/login and click on “new account” link at below of the
    login box

    Enter Your Customer Code


    Enter Customer Type

    Enter Last Invoice Meter Rent Enter Your Mobile Number

    Enter Your NID Number Enter Your Email ID

    Enter Username Enter Password Enter Confirm Password

    Submit

    Click on checkbox to agree

    Step-2 : Fill up the customer information as well as account information and click on “submit ” button for further
    processing-
    Required Fields : You need to provide the following information.
    1. Customer Type : There are two types of customer in dropdown menu- i) Metered
    ii) Non-Metered (Domestic). You need to select one of this two types
    that you
    2. Customer Code : Your customer code that has given to you from Titas Gas at
    connection time.
    3. Meter Rent : If you select “Metered” as Customer Type then, You have to
    provide meter rent of your last invoice. You will find it in your
    invoice as “RMS/CMS Rent”.
    4. Appliance : If you select “Non-Metered (Domestic)” as Customer Type then,
    You have to provide number of “Appliance” that you are authorized.
    5. Customer Mobile : You need to provide your mobile number that was given at
    connection time. If you did not provided your mobile number yet then
    download the PDF form from the below link, fill up the form and submit
    the document at your related Titas Office.

    6. Account Owner NID : You have to provide your National Identification Number
    in this field.

    7. Customer Email : If you have valid Email ID then you can provide your Email
    ID in this field.
    8. Username : Enter a “username” with which you want to login in the portal.
    Username should be at least 5 characters and only allow alphanumeric (a-
    z, 0-9) and Underscore (_).
    9. Password : Enter your password to login. Password should be at least 6
    characters.
    10. Confirm Password : Enter the given password again to confirm the
    password.
    11. Agree the Terms and Conditions : you have to check the agreement to continue the
    registration process.

    Step-3 : Enter the One Time Password (OTP) and click on “Verify” button to activate the account. You will get
    the OTP code over Mobile and Email address (If you enter email address in Registration Form).

    SMS Sample:

    Your One Time Password (OTP) for Titas Customer Code ending with *-**-*****9-00-24-9 is : 837948.
    This OTP will expire in five minutes.
    OTP is : 837948. Enter this value in text field and click on “Verify” button to login.

    Email Sample:

    Resend: If you do not get any OTP over mobile or Email, you may get OTP again by clicking on
    “Resend OTP”.

    Step-4: After verifying the OTP, you can see the Login page. Enter your given username, password and
    click on “Sign In” button to login.
