    PROJECT PROPOSAL

    I. PROJECT TITLE : Balik Aral sa Nakaraan, Buhayin ang Kasaysayan:


    A National Heroes Day Outreach Program

    II. IMPLEMENTOR : Mabini Colleges Supreme Student Council in


    partnership with the Histo – KAPARIZ Club

    III. TARGET PARTICIPANTS : 100 Children of Barangay Bagasbas

    IV. TARGET VENUE : Barangay Bagasbas Daet, Camarines Norte

    V. SOURCE OF FUND : Mabini Colleges Supreme Student Council and


    Histo – KAPARIZ Club Fund

    VI. RATIONALE:

    “The legacy of heroes is a memory of a great name and the inheritance of a great
    example” and “To foretell the destiny of a nation, it is necessary to open the book that tells
    the story of the past”. Young generations today may have been forgotten the importance of
    knowing the rich historical background of the country wherein the Filipino heroes is one of
    the foundations and contributors of what we call liberty which we are experiencing up to this
    day.

    VII. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

    National Heroes Day is the day wherein the bravery of all Filipino heroes is being
    commemorated and being look back to for the heroic deeds they have done to gain the
    nation’s freedom. This activity is the Supreme Student Council’s way of celebrating the
    National Heroes Day through educating the minds of the younger generations by recalling the
    heroic deeds of our National Heroes on August 29, 2022 (Monday) at Barangay Bagasbas.
    This project will be facilitated by the officers of the Supreme Student Council together with
    the Histo-KAPARIZ Club. This will cater the relevant needs of children in Barangay Bagasbas,
    Daet, Camarines Norte.

    VIII. OBJECTIVES:

    This will connect to the community and the school goals in a manner that benefits the
    participants and recipients through renewing on their minds the value of Philippine History.
    It aims to be an avenue for the children to enhance their knowledge and understand the
    value of learning Philippine History, local and national Heroes. This serves also as an
    opportunity to all officers of the Supreme Student Council and Histo - KAPARIZ Club to
    share their knowledge to the community about the value of knowing the National History.

    IX. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENT:

    This project has budgetary requirements of

    Give away for the participants – Hygiene kit (Alcohol, Face mask, soap) 3,500
    Prizes and Materials for the Games 1,000
    Snacks of Participants (Lugaw with egg) – 100 children participants 2,500
    Snacks of organizers and facilitators (30 pax)
    Transportation of Organizers and Facilitator
    Tarpaulin 300
    TOTAL
