    SUBJECT Request for Online/ Home Reporting

    Praised be Jesus and Mary!

    Thank you for the warm welcome to me in the St. Mary’s College of Meycauayan. I am so very
    excited to work with all of you in this institution. I understand the load of work these days for the
    preparation for the opening of S.Y. 2022 – 2023, this August.

    In lieu with this, I would like to request the ability to do online reporting or work from home on the
    following dates given below due to the following reasons stated. I have all the technical conditions to
    maintain my level of productivity while working from home. I’ll keep my regular work hours, from 8 am to
    6 pm. Also, I’ll have access to my social media, email and mobile phone and I’ll be able to attend meetings
    virtually as usual.
    Dates Reasons
    July 20, 2022 Baccalaureate Mass at UE
    July 22, 2022 UE 74th Commencement Exercises at UE
    July 25 – Aug. 3, 2022 Going to Province to do some Family Emergency Matters

    After that, from August 4 onwards I am now available to do onsite reporting as scheduled given to
    me.
