Dont let your past mess up your future
your past (wheter good or not ) doesnt define you, but yes, your interpreatation of it
past traumas are not the cause of the present problems. instead it’s the
interpretation that you give to these events that create the problems

At the Adler’s psychology the notion that a person can change, dont matter how hard
their life was up to a point. Things are in their hands.
