[DE] Land purchase plans for Autodesk® Civil 3D®

1.0 Basics
For many construction projects, documents on the subject of land acquisition have to be drawn up. The RE 2012 guideline defines
the design and content of land purchase plans and land purchase registers. In addition to the documents in the form of a plan or
list, the land acquisition data must be submitted to the road construction authorities in OKSTRA® format.

The "Grunderwerb" application supports the creation of the relevant data and output formats:

• Site plans according to RE

• Data collection for land purchase registers
• OKSTRA® data with land purchase data

ALKIS data with owner data serve as the basis for the creation of the land acquisition documents. These are
to be imported into the drawing via the LandManagemetExtension using Autodesk® Map 3D.

2.0 Supported Versions

The application “Grunderwerb” for Autodesk® Civil 3D® can run under Autodesk® Civil 3D® 2020 and 2021.

3.2 Data structure

The data on the parcels are always taken from the ALKIS table "AX_FLURSTUECK".

The naming of the GIS layer for the commercial space can be freely named. To prepare the
GIS layer, 8.0 template data must be observed.

3.3 Intersecting the surfaces

The functions from AutoCAD® Map 3D are to be used to intersect the areas.

This intersection is used to determine the sub-areas of land for sale on the individual plots.

After the intersection, the created GIS layer can be hidden. A separate stylization is not necessary.

Image: GIS-Layer with the land acquisition sub-areas

After intersecting the commercial areas with the parcels, a calculation of the partial areas must be
generated.
Calculations can be generated by right-clicking on the layer. In the dialog box that appears, the
“Area2D” (geometric) calculation must then be selected and the “Geometry” property added. The
calculation must be named GE_Teilflaeche .

4.0 Description of functions

4.1 Calling up the "Land acquisition" function

The individual functionalities are called up via the ribbon menu C3D-Add-ins. The associated functions are stored in the Land
Acquisition group.

4.2 Land acquisition

After the start of the function, the axis is queried to which the station details for the individual parcels relate. This should
normally be the main axis of the project. If the selection of the axis is canceled, no station details are determined.

5.0 results
5.1 Site plan
In the site plan, the stamps with the information on the sub-areas of land acquisition are
entered in the parcels concerned. The reference point (start of the reference line) lies in the
centroid. The blocks are constructed as dynamic blocks and, in addition to the reference point,
also have another handle for moving the stamp with the information.

Before creating the stamps and placing them manually, the desired model scale should be set. The
stamps change the size automatically depending on the set model scale.

So that only the valid size is displayed when the stamp is moved manually, the SELECTIONANNODISPLAY
variable is set to the value "0" when the Grunderwerb application is started.

5.2 OKSTRA® file

The OKSTRA file is generated in XML format with version 2.017.

5.3 Real Estate Directory

The data for the real estate register are saved in HTML format.
The exact formatting and completion are to be carried out with Microsoft® Word®.

6.0 sample data

Due to the sensitivity of owner data, no sample data is provided.

7.0 Limitations
Due to the available data structures, which are created by the ALKIS import using the Autodesk® Map 3D
The following data are currently not available:

- Address details of the parcel owners

- Types of land use

8.0 template data

The template files for the basic commercial areas GEW_2020.SDF and GEW_2020.LAYER are in the directory

C: \ ProgramData \ Autodesk \ ApplicationPlugins \ C3D OkstraGrunderwerb.bundle \ Contents \ Resources \

To use this data, both files must be copied into the relevant project directory.
The directory for the SDF file must then be adapted in the GEW_2020.LAYER file.

Image: LAYER file with information on the path of the SDF file

Then insert the LAYER file into the current drawing.
