    Project 1:
    Project : Invoice Processing
    Roles : RPA Developer.
    Technologies : Automation Anywhere, SQL Server, SAP Automation, Power BI, BPM
    Application, Abby flexilayout studio, Vbscript.

    Description: When a company purchases goods and services from a supplier that needs to be
    paid back in a short period of time, the accounting entry is known as Accounts Payable (AP).
    The Invoice that is received is then uploaded into BPM application and filling required data into
    BPM application at Indexing stage & filling required data into SAP Application at Parking Stage
    and posting the document and finally payment is done.

    Project 2:
    Project : KYC
    Roles : RPA Developer.
    Technologies : Automation anywhere 9.0, Web applications, Windows Applications, Web
    DataExtraction, PDF, SQL Server, REST Services, Excel, Email Automation, PGP.

    Project Description:
    Consumer KYC (Know Your Customer) is an application that deals with
    customer profiles who are New to Bank. The applications work’s on the deficiencies in the
    customer profile and reach out to branch/customer for additional information related to account.
    The process also helps to identify the inappropriate and high-risk customer profiles and take
    actions like block, close or disapprove customer profiles. This entire process is automated using
    Robotics process automation. This Application involves Excel, Web Applications, Email
    Automation.
    Project 3:
    Project : Status Check & Log Validation
    Role : RPA Developer.
    Technologies : Automation anywhere 9.0, Web applications, Windows Applications, Email
    Automation, SQL server, REST web Services, Excel.

    Project Description:

    This process automation is performed for one of the biggest banks having 57
    servers which are running 24/7 and very crucial to their business. These Servers status need to
    be monitored every one hour to know whether server is running or not. Each server is maintained
    by a separate portal; all these 57 Servers have Separate URLs. In manual process nearly 10 FTEs
    (Support Engineers) are working in each shift to check the Status of the Server 24/7. Overall
    client maintains 3 shifts to check the status round the clock. Their daily jobs involve like logging
    to each server manually by providing User id and password and check the server running status
    and send the alerts to the group via email with screenshot and error details when errors
    encountered. The same procedure has to be done for all 57 servers. This entire process is
    automated using Robotics process automation. Applications involved in this process are Excel,
    Web Application, Email automation, maintaining log file in the logs directory. After
    automation client maintaining one to two FTEs in each shift and Average handling time is
    reduced.

    Project 4:
    Project : GSTR Consultation
    Roles : RPA Developer.
    Technologies : Automation Anywhere 11, SQL Server, VB Script.

    Description: GST3B&GSTR1 is a monthly summary return filed by a taxpayer to disclose


    details of their outward supplies for the month – along with their tax liability. Every month files
    received from client & reading this data from file. This data is saved ic &GSTIN number wise in
    Monthly backup & D6 file. calculating IGST ,SGST,CGST & Cess data in d6 format file for all
    IC’S.

    Project 5:
    Project : PO_GRN
    Roles : RPA Developer.
    Technologies : Automation Anywhere11.3, SAP Automation, Meta Bots, Excel Command,
    SQL server.
    Description : Downloading the report from SAP application and dump into data base
    comparing the Invoice ,Po_No& GRN numbers with Master data.
    Roles & Responsibilities:
