ORDER
The Government of Andhra Pradesh is committed to augment inclusive growth of the

State across different sectors and strongly believes that Technology and its development forms
the core of an economy . This has led to formulation of a Blueprint "Re -Imagining Andhra
Pradesh - role of e-Governance , Electronics and Information Technology " for development of
Electronics and Information and communications technology industry in the State .
2. In the G.O 1st to 3rd read above , in order to promote Electronics industry in the State of
Andhra Pradesh , Government has put in place the Andhra Pradesh Electronics Policy 2014
2020 wherein a special dispensation has been provided for setting up of Mega Electronics
Projects in the State .
3. In the reference 4th read above ,keeping in view of the size of the project ,Labor intensity ,
high employment generation per acre and to compete with neighboring states , the
recommendations of State Level Land Allotment Committee (SLAC ) and approval of
Committee of Secretaries , APIIC has provisionally allotted 75 acres of land to M /s Wingtech
Mobile Communications India Pvt Ltd at EMC -2 , Tirupati at the rate of Rs .38,44,500 per acre
in EMC -2 , Tirupati .
4. In the representation 5th read above , the APIIC has requested to ratify the allotment of land
made to an extent of Acs 75.00 cents to M /s Wingtech Mobile Communications India Pvt Ltd
in EMC -2 , Tirupati .

5. The State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB ) in its meeting held on 22-06-2022 discussed.
the proposal in detail and recommended to place the matter before the cabinet for necessary
ratification of land allotment of 75 acres made to M /s. Wingtech Mobile Communications India
Pvt Ltd at rate of Rs .38,44,500 /- per acre in EMC -2 , Tirupati by APIIC .
6. The Government after careful examination of the proposal and keeping in view the
recommendation of the State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB ) and the Honorable Council
of Ministers hereby ratify the land allotment of 75 acres made to M /s. Wingtech Mobile
Communications India Pvt Ltd. in EMC -2, Tirupati by APIIC at a rate of Rs . 38,44,500 /- per
acre .
7. The VC & MD ,APIIC is requested to take necessary action in this matter .
