    1 Introduction

    The Method Statements (MS) for the Water cooling system of abutment construction is already
    submitted for the approval (MS-109 Rev.A). As a mock up, a water cooling system is applied for
    a concrete lift of a real abutment structure. However, the available location for the mockup is
    Wewrukannala Bridge at DK 17. Therefore pipe network and locations of thermo couples are
    changed and described in the DRW No: BRI-MS-109-001 and BRI-MS-109-002 respectively.

    The mock up explained in this MS is carried out for the construction with approved height
    (2.5m). However; subsequently we are planning to use the water cooling system for the
    construction with heights up to 5m.

    2 Geometry of the Mock-up

    The geometry of the proposed mock up concrete height is as shown in the following figure.
