“we can unite towards the realization of a common goal—the
delivery of quality, accessible, relevant, and liberating basic
education for the Filipino learners.”

My warmest greetings to the school officials, administrators, faculty members and

advisers, teachers, parents, and guardians of the graduates and completers of School Year
2021-2022!

On behalf of the Department of Education (DepEd), I am proud to celebrate the

successes, milestones, and achievements of this batch’s graduates and promoted students
in this year’s End-of-School-Year rites with the theme “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams
and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity.”
In the past six years, we committed to our mandate to enhance the quality of
education, broaden its access, and ensure its relevance in the rapidly changing world.
DepEd endeavored to address each challenge by instituting programs and reforms in
the Department. We have fully implemented the K to 12 curriculum and the aggressive
reforms of Sulong EduKalidad to produce globally competitive learners and teachers. We
also expanded our mission for accessible education by strengthening the Alternative
Learning System (ALS) and the Last Mile Schools programs to reach more Filipinos.
Likewise, we also established the National Academy of Sports (NAS) and Education
Futures Unit to create more opportunities for our learners and anticipate the future of the
education system in the country.

Committed to sustaining this momentum, the Department developed and

implemented the Basic Education-Learning Continuity Program (BE-LCP), where we
offered various learning modalities and produced award-winning initiatives such as the
DepEd TV and DepEd Commons at the height of the pandemic. Eventually, the Department
held its ground against an unprecedented challenge in basic education as we progressively
expand the reintroduction of face-to-face classes in the country.
Indeed, education is truly a shared responsibility. This is why we express our utmost
appreciation to our dear parents and teachers for being our partners in nurturing the youth
throughout the years.
To the Class of 2022, resilience is in your blood. You have survived one of the
toughest times in human history, yet still embraced education as your primary tool to
success. I believe that with your passion and purpose, you can reach your dreams and
change the world.
May you keep on harnessing and imparting wisdom as together, we will build a
nation of competent global citizens and future leaders.

LEONOR MAGTOLIS BRIONES

Secretary
“The knowledge you have acquired through
unconventional modes is proof that success
defeats glitches. “

My warmest congratulations to the completers and graduates of School Year

2021-2022!

To finish an academic year during this time of uncertainty is tough but to outshine
any challenge brings a step closer to one’s aspirations and dreams. Flourishing and
thriving through unforeseen tests without breaking makes one a true champion.
These have been proven in the midst of the pandemic. All remain victorious.

My dear learners, always listen to your inner gods and goddesses. Follow your
path. Be the shakers who change the future. Accept failures but come back strong.
Do not stop surging for your success and what you can achieve tomorrow. You will
beautifully change the landscape of your future because you are from Region VI,
where every child is a champion.

This year’s theme Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag

sa mga Pagsubok (K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in
the Face of Adversity) emphasizes that there is no greater joy in surpassing a year of
challenged learning experiences. The knowledge you have acquired through
unconventional modes is proof that success defeats glitches.

We thank the teachers, parents and all members of the family, friends, education
leaders, local executives, and the whole community for the relentless effort and
persistence in molding the bright future of these learners.

Together we unite, together we dream, and together we produce champions.

Once again, congratulations!

Regional Director
“Let your energy propels you to ceaselessly chase
your ambitions and aspirations in life.”

My warmest felicitations to our completers and graduates of Batch 2022!

You have brought pride and joy to your parents, relatives, and friends who have
supported you to overcome the struggles and challenges in your educational journey.
Certainly, this nation is so proud of you.

This momentous event is a wonderful celebration of your success and victory over
the surmounting challenges you went through just to finish this School Year 2021-
2022. Let us remember to show our gratitude to our parents, guardians, teachers,
school heads, and our stakeholders for their unswerving support to make education
continue even in the face of the global pandemic.

This year’s End of School Year Rites is focused on the theme, “K to 12 Graduates:
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity”. This recognizes
that despite the risks and uncertainty brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well
as the challenges it has posed to education, our Filipino learners remain resolute in
their desire to build a better future anchored on a clear vision.

This new normal school year will surely be treasured by all of us especially you
completers and graduates. You have successfully conquered all the academic
challenges and anxiety brought about by this pandemic. You have shifted your
attendance from the normal face-to-face classes into a virtual mode of classroom
engagement or through modular distance learning. I know you have struggled a lot
but congratulations because you affirmed to yourself with conviction that no amount
of pandemic can ever cease to achieve your dreams.

Let your energy propels you to ceaselessly chase your ambitions and aspirations in
life. Do not lose your enthusiasm every inch of the way. Continue to nurture your
potential and share onto others the gift of learning you’ll encounter in your journey.
The bigger world awaits you.

May God bless you.

Schools Division Superintendent
“Make this unique experience as your inspiration
to dream big and reach your aspirations in life. “

My warmest congratulations to the completers and graduates of Batch

2022!
The previous two years of your education have been very
challenging. It was characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and
ambiguity, which is further aggravated by the COVID 19 pandemic. Your
experience is like no other.
This year’s theme, “K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and
Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity”, aptly states that nothing can
stop you, not even the threat of COVID, from pursuing your dream. All your
efforts and sacrifices have paid off. Amidst the difficulties brought about by
the pandemic, you have proven that you are resilient and can rise amidst
adversity.
Make this unique experience as your inspiration to dream big and
reach your aspirations in life.
Likewise, my congratulations to the parents who painstakingly
supported their children in their studies. Thank you very much for making
things possible for the education of your children.
Thank you, also to the school heads, teachers and staff, who
relentlessly and unselfishly nurtured our learners to give them the best
education possible amidst this health crisis.
Moreover, to our education stakeholders whose unending
support made things possible for our learners, thank you very much.
Our learners could not have reached this milestone in their
educational journey if not for the concerted effort of the many people who
supported them in acquiring the best education despite the difficulties
brought about by the pandemic.
Good luck and God bless you, my dear completers and graduates of
Batch 2022!

ROGELIO P. AMADOR
Assistant Schools Division Superintendent
Dream great!

I feel honored to congratulate the brilliant completers and

graduates of School Year 2021-2022, our future leaders. To our
hardworking teachers who motivated and taught our learners, we
are grateful that despite the challenges brought by the new
normal handling of classes, they remained passionate in
teaching. To our dear parents, congratulations because of your
undying support, your children were able to reach a new
milestone in life.

To our beloved graduates and completers, dream great!

This year’s theme Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga
Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok (K to 12 Gradutes:
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of
Adversity). It is a reminder that not even Covid-19 can hinder you
from aiming high and reaching your goal. You hurdled through
the pandemic and came out victorious! Cherish this victory with
your family.

Congratulations and Mabuhay!

“Believe in your dreams and make it happen.”

My heartfelt congratulations to the graduates of Don

Ynocencio A. Del Rosario Memorial School and to the parents for
their successful accomplishment.
Graduation marks a significant milestone in our lives. It is
not the end of educational journey; rather, it is the beginning of a
more serious and a more challenging task. It is not only receiving
diplomas that matter but what matters is the inherent
responsibilities and privileges that go with it. Privileges because
being graduates, you become ready to face life’s challenges in
various fields of endeavors in line with training.
This year’s theme K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and
Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity. It is important to
pursue your dreams even in the midst of adversity. Believe in your
dreams and make it happen.
My dear graduates let me share with you these verses in
Matthew 5:14-15, “You are like light for the whole world. A city
built on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it
under a bowl; instead, he puts it on the lamp stand, where it gives
light for everyone in the house.” And so, I urge you to brighten our
light and let it shine for all.

Mabuhay!

Climb a mountain
I know this world seems so big Cross the ocean
And everything seems so out of reach Sail the river until it opens
The sky is high and the walk is wide Make good friends, listen hard
Let it out and dance on
You just don't know what you've got
yet If you believe, everything you dream
It's in the palm of your hands will come true
It's right in front of where you stand If you can see, there is nothing
That can be too big for you, no, no
If you believe, everything you dream
will come true If you can see, if you can believe, if
And if you can love you can dream
No matter how you're hurt This world is yours, yeah, yeah
Love will come to you This world is yours
Back to you
This world is yours

At times, I know it's going to be hard

When you think you can't go on
But there's a plan for you, just let your
heart follow through

Come on, I promise you can do it all

Cause when you fall you can always
start again
Your future's right in front of where you
stand

If you believe, everything you dream

will come true
And if you can love
No matter how you're hurt
Love will come to you
Back to you
This world is yours
