Michael Phelps made sports history by winning twenty-eight medals, 23 of them gold medals,
in the 2008 Olympics at Beijing, China, in the 2012 Olympics at London, and in the 2016
Olympics at Rio de Janeiro. Born on June 30, 1985, Phelps was just 15 years old when he
qualified for the Sydney Australia Olympics in 2000. Phelps shattered the 200-meter butterfly
by swimming it in record time. He swam it at 1:54:58 seconds. He went on to break many
more records at the 2004 Athens Olympics. On August 2008, he arrived at the Beijing Olympic
games determined to break, former Olympic swimmer, Mark Spitz' 6-gold medal record. He
qualified to compete in three team and five individual events. He swam 17 races in nine days
and won gold medal at all eight events. On August 16, Phelps won his seventh gold medal of
the Games in the men’s 100-meter butterfly event, setting an Olympic record for the event. He
did it at 50.58 seconds, edging out his nearest competitor by 1/100 of a second. When his
team won the 4 X 100-meter medley relay, he stood on the podium overwhelmed with
emotion as he received his eighth record-breaking medal.

I usually get up at 7 in the morning. The first thing I do is wash my face and brush my teeth! my
mom always makes me breakfast. after that I kick off and start cleaning the house. I never
sleep during the day because I don't sleep at night, I better start playing on the phone and at
the end of the day I take my classes online and then I fall asleep

Antonio gets up after that takes a shower, then they serve him food. He leaves for work and
when he leaves, he is distracted, he goes to the supermarket to buy things and takes his dog
for a walk. After dinner with his wife, watch TV for a while and read something before going to
sleep
