A. Content Standards:

The learner understands the nature and elements of oral communication in


context.

B. Performance Standards:

The learner designs and performs effective controlled and uncontrolled oral
communication activities based on context.

C. Learning competencies:

At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:


 Differentiate verbal communication from nonverbal communication.
 Display interest through your active participation in group activity and
peer activity.
 Compose your ideas/experiences using verbal and nonverbal
communication.

and non-verbal communication.
B. Developmental Activities
1. Presentation

I will divide you into two groups. Please
count 1-2. Please go to your corresponding
groups now. I will give you 5 minutes for
each group to do the task.
Group 1 (Charades-let’s talk)
