    THE CRUX OF THE CASE:
    JUST AFTER WAR IN 2009, A32 ROAD BECOME
    MAJOR CONCERN IN MANY ASPECTS,
    ESPECIALLY, FOR DEFENCE AND MILITARY
    STRATEGICAL ROUTE. AND BRIDGE WAS
    COMPLETED WELL BEFORE THE ROAD
    REHABILITATION.

    SPEED OF THE CONSTRUCTION EMERGED AS


    PROMINENT FACTOR, AND THUS MIGHT HAVE
    URGED THE SELECTION OF BRIDGE TYPE.
