    General overview briefing about the company and safety briefing
    Making some research on how to develop Facebook page for the company.
    4 companies to be compared which is our competitor in supplying treated poles
    which are Hotspek, capital timbers, Tandos and allied timbers

    Meeting and presentation to the vice managing director to suggest the idea of
    developing a company Facebook and make it active
    Create an example of posting for our page to attract new customers
    We agreed to join groups to advertise our products e.g. farming groups, mining,
    fencing companies and schools.

    Submitted the first draft of the Facebook page to my supervisor for their checking
    and approval of it to be published.

    Was doing market research.
    Looked for local NGOs, because they do projects that involve
    construction, fencing etc.
    Managed to talk to Mwana, F.A.C.T and Simukai-
    Called them informing them about our business

    Calling more NGOs informing them of our company

    Collecting our customers details including phone numbers putting


    the data on excel
    Called all the our customers asking for review to hear how our
    products were in terms of quality
    Asking them when are they going to visit again
    Giving out our calendars to elderly before they become useless
    for the second month of the year is almost over
    Went back to Old Mutare Premier again to give out fliers
